As a crucial infrastructure for decentralized finance, Lumanagi enables developers, traders, and liquidity providers to engage in a safe and reliable financial market.Our New Initiative:We are embarking on an exciting project to develop a cryptocurrency token and launch a dedicated website to support it. This initiative, with a one-year timeline, involves smart contract and token development for a new blockchain-based trading platform. This platform features an innovative earning system with a dynamic XP system, allowing players to earn LMNG tokens while playing. Built on the Polygon network, it enables users to place bets using the MATIC coin.Role Overview:As a Blockchain Lead Developer, you will work on cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our crypto trading and casino projects. You will oversee the development and implementation of blockchain technology within the organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge solutions in the rapidly evolving trading and cryptocurrency sectors.Key Responsibilities:• Develop core smart contracts on multiple blockchain platforms.• Write and deploy LMNG token contracts.• Lead blockchain strategy, market analysis, smart contracts, and backend integrations.• Create coding puzzles and challenges for developers.• Collaborate closely with a small team and take ownership of key projects.Essential Requirements:• Proficiency in writing Layer 1 code (e.g., EVM or Tendermint).• Experience with reward tokens, token security, ERC20, ERC721, and ERC1155 tokens, and gas optimization.• Strong skills in Solidity language.• Minimum of 3 years of smart contract development experience.• Passion for coding puzzles and challenges.• Experience with smart contract integration into backend systems (Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB).• Experience with third-party API integration.• Knowledge of MongoDB database structures.• Proficiency with Git management systems.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in casino game development (e.g., spinner, coinflip, lottery).• Participation in coding competitions (e.g., ACM ICPC, Topcoder).• Experience working remotely in startup environments.• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.Interviewing Process:• 1st Round: Technical assessment (20-25 minutes)• 2nd Round: Interview with the teamNote: This role is open to candidates worldwide and requires working under the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone (GMT - 5).#LI-CL1
