Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars for security leadership.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Track and process expense reports efficiently.
  • Plan and support office events and security briefings.
  • Handle sensitive communications and confidential information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative or personal support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with travel booking and expense reporting software.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
