As an Account Executive, you will own net-new revenue from the initial conversation to closing deals. Your role will involve running discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and using Mutiny for personalized outbound outreach. You will collaborate with leadership to scale the sales process and help customers understand how Mutiny transforms their go-to-market strategies. Your objective is to leave every deal better than you found it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own net-new revenue from first conversation to close.
  • Run discovery sessions to identify business problems.
  • Utilize Mutiny for highly personalized outbound outreach.
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale the sales process.
  • Demonstrate how Mutiny changes go-to-market strategies for customers.
  • Ensure every deal is improved through your involvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience closing deals in B2B SaaS.
  • Consistent attainment of sales quotas.
  • Strong skills in discovery and storytelling.
  • Able to connect product value to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and building structure.
  • Startup experience (Series A–D) is a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to NYC.
