Job Description

The Head of Sales for AI Training at Invisible Technologies will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that focuses on optimizing sales and marketing strategies to ensure success. This is an entrepreneurial position that requires a driven individual who is motivated by the prospect of taking charge of their own destiny. The position involves adding structure, process, and a scalable path to gain more traction in the AI Training sector. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of successful leadership experience in enterprise/complex consultative sales and a deep understanding of some of the verticals within the broader 'AI Training' sector. Additionally, the Head of Sales should be proficient in the use of CRM and sales enablement tools to support the building, analysis, and optimization of the sales process. Compensation includes a base of $200k - $600k OTE plus equity, healthcare benefits (or stipend option), and unlimited vacation days.
