"Don't Hesitate—Go for It!"
The team is outstanding! Zuddl's team has truly become an extension of our own. They emphasized customer support during the sales process, and they definitely delivered. If you want more complex customizations in landing pages and emails, it can take more time than expected, but again, the team is there to help. The seamless registration and reminder process has boosted our attendance rates. We wanted to stop combining multiple tools, and Zuddl has brought all our event management into one platform. The integrations are fantastic and have significantly sped up our post-event follow-ups. We wanted cohesive branding across all events, and we've achieved that.

"Excellent Event Marketing Management Tool"
I like the Zuddl UI; the site is well-organized and offers affordable prices with good quality. It's now simpler for me to handle things independently, as I can track progress myself instead of calling my team for updates. So far, I have no complaints about Zuddl. I can interact with my business partners easily, and because of their smooth interaction with me and my team, we've received more positive feedback for our company.
"The Only Platform That Meets All My Needs"
I can quickly create registration pages, host one-to-many events with typed and face-to-face Q&A, and immediately access analytics. They are also quick to respond if there's an issue or I need to learn new features. It can occasionally be glitchy and behave unexpectedly. Often it doesn't stop the workflow, but it can be annoying, especially when demonstrating to stakeholders. It gives us a professional, branded registration and event environment for briefing media on product launches, and it cuts down administration time—especially with the registration and attendance reports. It allows audience interaction through Q&A and joining features while broadcasting the main presentation to many, which other software doesn't offer.

"Strong Tool for Managing Conferences"
The Zuddl team has been a great partner in creating a solution for our large annual conference. The product has improved significantly each year. We've used Zuddl for all our Catalyst conferences. The solution is intuitive, and new features are released regularly. We can set up the core parts of our conference with a few days of data entry and make quick changes as needed. Their support team responds very quickly as well. One missing feature is syncing sessions or events into attendees' calendars like Google, iCal, or Outlook. Zuddl has a native solution for attendees to build their agenda, but having it flow into their personal calendar would be a valuable addition since attendees often schedule one-on-ones or have other commitments. We needed a solution for attendee registration, badge printing, a mobile app for attendees, and content management. They are investing in more formatting options for the agenda display. We're excited to use Zuddl for our 2025 conference.
"Great for Online and In-Person Events with Excellent Support"
The product is straightforward and fulfills its promises. There's a small learning curve, but that's typical for this type of software. The Zuddl team offers guidance and training. Some earlier features were glitchy, but over the past year, they've rolled out many improvements that make managing custom events easier. Zuddl has built a platform that supports online, offline, and hybrid events. As our company and conference expanded, Zuddl had the features we needed to support our event.

"Great Frontend and Engagement Data Quality"
The Zuddl interface is user-friendly for attendees and looks sleek and modern. What stands out is their strong CRM integration, especially processing dynamic values almost in real time. I've tested several competitors, and none came close to Zuddl's Salesforce sync. I have to think hard to find a downside. Occasionally, new features or updates require me to consult their knowledge base or contact their team to ensure we handle the workflow change correctly. But those updates usually improve the platform, and their team is very responsive and easy to collaborate with. Zuddl enables us to give our customers and prospects an outstanding experience at our virtual events. The in-event experience is great, and the captured and shared data quality ensures we can have meaningful conversations with prospects and customers that naturally follow the event. Zuddl helps us leverage virtual events to build relationships, which isn't something I can say for every platform.
"Powerful Event Platform with Extensive Capabilities"
Once you learn all the strong features, it's simple to use. It's fully customizable but also has ready-made templates for those with less experience in emails and workflows. The integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot went smoothly, and their team helped us sync custom fields for detailed reporting and campaign setup right away. We're using it for our global in-person summit and have gained insights to improve next year, but it's already 10 times better than our old platform. Many features can be overwhelming if you're used to a simpler tool. Without a marketing ops team, you'll depend heavily on Zuddl for that. We needed specific ticketing on different checkout pages, and they built that for us, but it's not standard. Our goal was to create a seamless attendee experience from checkout to post-event. Our event has complex experiences and tracks, so we needed to clearly communicate that to different audiences through the platform itself, rather than using HubSpot for emails and workflows.
"Top-Notch Support and Fast Responses: Zuddl Raises the Bar"
Zuddl's almost around-the-clock support and highly responsive team have simplified our event management. Implementation was fast, and they provided plenty of documentation for our marketing ops team. Across multiple internal teams and external partners using the platform daily, we found the interface simple and very customizable. Customization brings complexity and many questions, but being able to Slack them and get a reply in 15 minutes or less from a dedicated person is unmatched. We skip the ticket hassle and have built trust with their team for our Motive account. Their openness to collaboration on feature requests and roadmap, including talking directly with their CTO, is refreshing and reassures us we chose correctly. They are consistently patient, proactive, and attentive, making them the best vendor we've worked with—beyond event tools. Their focus on refining based on feedback ensures they prioritize our objectives, making them ideal for our user conferences, field marketing, and internal events. We're not using all their features now, so some parts don't apply to us. We want to arrange an internal demo to show our teams the benefits of consolidating all our events and webinars onto Zuddl. We'd also like improvements in the Marketo integration, like custom statuses and connecting Zuddl forms to Marketo programs. We're eager to see advancements in their Lead Capture app for onsite lead scanning at tradeshows. We've replaced three platforms with Zuddl, streamlining our operations. Their lead capture lets our sales team scan leads at tradeshows, saving on costly third-party tools. We've removed ZoomInfo from our events and improved our pre-event attendee list enrichment SLA by 10 business days, boosting efficiency. Zuddl has also standardized our event landing pages, giving our external customers a consistent and familiar experience.
"Everything You Need for Events"
I manage live events, and the simple check-in process and lead capture have been transformative for me. Plus, you can set up custom fields for lead notes, which has been super useful at every event this year. Their success team is also amazing; they reply within seconds of any request. That has been a huge benefit and has simplified learning the platform and discovering new features that benefit my events. There was an initial adjustment period to understand the virtual and in-person functionalities, but I view that as just part of exploring what's available and figuring out what suits your needs. I can easily capture the custom lead notes that I used to write and compile manually, plus there's a more automated way to register people at field events.

"Versatile Events Tool, but Plagued by Glitches and a Steep Learning Curve"
This platform can handle both virtual and physical events, and the support team is quick to respond via Slack. However, it's incredibly unstable. While constructing our event programs, we keep encountering a host of problems, like unresponsive buttons, poor UI/UX, confusing settings, and broken functions. It often feels like we're beta testing the product. We're looking to merge our virtual and onsite event tools. It integrates easily with our current tech stack. The cost is fair.
