Zoho Webinar has been very easy to implement at Snapplify, and the setup process was smooth. The interface is user-friendly, and scheduling or managing webinars requires minimal training. The tool integrates seamlessly with the broader Zoho ecosystem, which helps us coordinate communications and invitations across teams. Most importantly, it has been a cost-effective alternative to Zoom while still providing stable audio/video quality and reliable hosting. We already have two upcoming webinars planned through Zoho Webinar—one on procurement readiness and another on library adoption—and the preparation has been straightforward. Some advanced features, like breakout rooms and in-depth reporting, are not as polished as Zoom. There's also a small learning curve if you're used to another platform, but once you adapt, it's simple to use. Zoho Webinar has solved our need for a budget-friendly yet professional platform to host webinars. At Snapplify, we rely on webinars for training and stakeholder engagement, and Zoho Webinar offers the right balance of affordability, reliability, and integration. It has helped us streamline workflows, reduce costs, and confidently plan recurring sessions for different audiences.

It's a relatively economical webinar software, with a very generous paid plan in terms of features and included participants. However, the features are quite limited, and some aspects are frustrating, especially that slides systematically reset and you cannot prepare the next presentation before finishing the current one. In the crowded webinar software market, this one stands out due to its relatively affordable pricing compared to competitors.

What I like most about Zoho Webinar is that it brings together registration, automated reminders, live engagement, and post-event reports in one platform. It saves me from using multiple tools and makes hosting trainings smooth and professional. The customer support is also excellent; implementation is easy—you don't need to struggle with setup. Although I've just started with Zoho Webinar, I'm confident I'll use it frequently for all my events and upgrade to a standard subscription soon. The app integrations are excellent. I wish Zoho Webinar offered more flexible design options for registration and email templates—more customization would strengthen branding. Zoho Webinar solves the problem of juggling multiple tools for online training. Instead of using different apps for registration, reminders, live hosting, and follow-ups, everything is centralized. This has saved me time, made my sessions look more professional, and kept participants engaged from start to finish.

You don't need to download an app to use it. I love that it can be branded, and you can click a link right after registering to add it to your calendar. The poll feature is great, and you can see who participated. It also ties into the rest of the Zoho ecosystem—we use Mail, Books, and Bigin. Support is very good and easily accessible. There's nothing not to like. The fact that you don't have to download software has us sold. We run an insurance school and are about to start live streaming classes, along with many events from our business location.

The core capability of hosting live events with hundreds of leads or prospects at an affordable price is excellent. I really love how Zoho Webinar integrates with CRM, Campaigns, Bookings, and other Zoho products. I particularly appreciate the high-touch customer success experience—they stand out from the competition. There's nothing I dislike about Zoho Webinar. Startups look for value at affordable price points. I highly recommend Zoho Webinar to teacher educators seeking a professional platform for interactive teaching and continuous professional development. I haven't encountered any major issues with the platform. That said, my personal engagement with academic webinars varies based on the topic and relevance, which is not a limitation of Zoho Webinar. The live and on-demand options are also useful because recordings can be shared with those who missed the session. Overall, Zoho Webinar has made online sessions more organized, manageable, and suitable for regular educational and awareness work.
