"Cost-effective and reliable webinar tool for professional training"
Zoho Webinar has been very easy to implement at Snapplify, and the setup process was smooth. The interface is user-friendly, and scheduling or managing webinars requires minimal training. The tool integrates seamlessly with the broader Zoho ecosystem, which helps us coordinate communications and invitations across teams. Most importantly, it has been a cost-effective alternative to Zoom while still providing stable audio/video quality and reliable hosting. We already have two upcoming webinars planned through Zoho Webinar—one on procurement readiness and another on library adoption—and the preparation has been straightforward. Some advanced features, like breakout rooms and in-depth reporting, are not as polished as Zoom. There's also a small learning curve if you're used to another platform, but once you adapt, it's simple to use. Zoho Webinar has solved our need for a budget-friendly yet professional platform to host webinars. At Snapplify, we rely on webinars for training and stakeholder engagement, and Zoho Webinar offers the right balance of affordability, reliability, and integration. It has helped us streamline workflows, reduce costs, and confidently plan recurring sessions for different audiences.

"An economical webinar solution"
It's a relatively economical webinar software, with a very generous paid plan in terms of features and included participants. However, the features are quite limited, and some aspects are frustrating, especially that slides systematically reset and you cannot prepare the next presentation before finishing the current one. In the crowded webinar software market, this one stands out due to its relatively affordable pricing compared to competitors.

"Complete Solution for Hosting Professional Webinars"
What I like most about Zoho Webinar is that it brings together registration, automated reminders, live engagement, and post-event reports in one platform. It saves me from using multiple tools and makes hosting trainings smooth and professional. The customer support is also excellent; implementation is easy—you don't need to struggle with setup. Although I've just started with Zoho Webinar, I'm confident I'll use it frequently for all my events and upgrade to a standard subscription soon. The app integrations are excellent. I wish Zoho Webinar offered more flexible design options for registration and email templates—more customization would strengthen branding. Zoho Webinar solves the problem of juggling multiple tools for online training. Instead of using different apps for registration, reminders, live hosting, and follow-ups, everything is centralized. This has saved me time, made my sessions look more professional, and kept participants engaged from start to finish.

"No App Download Needed—Convenient and Worry-Free"
You don't need to download an app to use it. I love that it can be branded, and you can click a link right after registering to add it to your calendar. The poll feature is great, and you can see who participated. It also ties into the rest of the Zoho ecosystem—we use Mail, Books, and Bigin. Support is very good and easily accessible. There's nothing not to like. The fact that you don't have to download software has us sold. We run an insurance school and are about to start live streaming classes, along with many events from our business location.

"Budget-Friendly Live Events with Seamless Zoho Integration"
The core capability of hosting live events with hundreds of leads or prospects at an affordable price is excellent. I really love how Zoho Webinar integrates with CRM, Campaigns, Bookings, and other Zoho products. I particularly appreciate the high-touch customer success experience—they stand out from the competition. There's nothing I dislike about Zoho Webinar. Startups look for value at affordable price points. We experiment with various tools to support our go-to-market and sales motion, and Zoho Webinar has helped us scale access to hundreds of prospects for webinars.

"Dependable and Interactive Webinar Platform for Teacher Training—Even If Webinars Aren't Your Focus"
Zoho Webinar is a well-designed and reliable platform for hosting webinars, academic sessions, training programs, and professional meetings. As a Professor of Education, I find it especially useful for organizing seminars and transformative training programs for teachers at all levels. Its interactive features support meaningful engagement and help develop effective, learner-centered pedagogy. I highly recommend Zoho Webinar to teacher educators seeking a professional platform for interactive teaching and continuous professional development. I haven't encountered any major issues with the platform. That said, my personal engagement with academic webinars varies based on the topic and relevance, which is not a limitation of Zoho Webinar. I am an academic and researcher.

"Cost-Effective and User-Friendly Webinar Tool with Outstanding Support"
The standout aspect of Zoho Webinar is its affordability. It's very budget-friendly and accessible compared to competitors. I also find it easy to use, with the essential features most users need for a webinar campaign. I haven't used integrations yet, so I can't comment on them. Performance-wise, I'd rate it 4 out of 5. The UI could use some refinement; editing emails, banners, and registration pages feels tedious. Support and onboarding are excellent—I'd give them 5/5. The UI could be more polished, particularly for editing emails and registration pages. We were facing issues with Zoom's pricing, but Zoho resolved that by offering similar features at a more competitive price.

"Effortless Registration and Simple Setup with Zoho Webinar"
I appreciate how Zoho Webinar offers a smooth registration process and is simple to use. The one-click recurring webinar feature is excellent because it eliminates the need to change the link each time. Additionally, I like the option to download attendee information. Initial configuration was very straightforward—just a few clicks. I also switched to Zoho Webinar because the pricing was more competitive than my previous tool. However, the unique URL cannot be customized to our own domain. Zoho Webinar provides seamless registration, making it incredibly user-friendly.

"Trustworthy Solution for Managing Educational Webinars and Online Sessions"
As a dietitian and nutritionist who also creates health education content, Zoho Webinar has helped me manage my online sessions more efficiently. I use it for nutrition awareness webinars, healthy lifestyle discussions, student guidance sessions, and basic health education programs. Both live and on-demand webinar options are valuable because some sessions are interactive while others are recorded for later viewing by those who missed the live event. The calendar feature assists in scheduling and tracking webinar dates and times. I also appreciate having registration forms, reminder emails, attendee lists, webinar links, screen sharing, polls, Q&A, and recordings all in one place. This simplifies online health sessions because audience interaction and questions can be handled without juggling multiple tools. Analytics and attendance reports give me a clear picture of webinar performance and engagement. During webinars, video, audio, and screen sharing generally run smoothly. I now use it regularly for educational webinars and awareness sessions because it keeps everything organized, including recordings, follow-ups, and session management. However, webinar performance heavily depends on a stable internet connection, particularly during live screen sharing and interactive segments. Occasionally, managing longer live webinars while switching between controls, chats, polls, and presentation tabs can feel slightly clunky. It takes some practice to handle multiple elements simultaneously, especially with audience questions and slides open. Previously, handling registrations, reminders, attendee communication, recordings, and follow-ups separately consumed more time and sometimes became unmanageable during regular sessions. Now, most webinar-related tasks are centralized, making scheduling, link sharing, attendee management, live discussions, and recordings much easier. The live and on-demand options are also useful because recordings can be shared with those who missed the session. Additionally, polls, Q&A, attendance reports, and analytics help me better gauge audience engagement during health education webinars and student guidance sessions. Overall, Zoho Webinar has made online sessions more organized, manageable, and suitable for regular educational and awareness work.

"Straightforward and User-Friendly"
The on-demand webinar capabilities stand out as the top feature. For me, the main benefit has been the simplicity of setting up and conducting webinars. The interface is tidy, and the key functions are straightforward to locate, even for those without much technical expertise. Managing registrations, automated email reminders, screen sharing, polls, and Q&A all operate dependably, and I value the smooth integration with the rest of Zoho's suite. Joining a session is typically uncomplicated for attendees. Additionally, the platform feels lightweight, avoiding unnecessary steps before entry. That said, the interface can seem a bit outdated relative to some newer options. In larger sessions, I've seen occasional lags when switching speakers or sharing screens—not deal-breakers, but they can disrupt the flow. I'd also appreciate more flexibility in customizing registration pages and branding. The analytics are helpful but could offer deeper engagement insights without extra workarounds. Zoho Webinar has significantly simplified running online webinars and training, eliminating the need for multiple tools. Previously, managing registrations, reminders, the live session, and attendance tracking required various platforms or manual effort. Now, it's all consolidated, saving time and reducing the risk of missing follow-ups. The automated registration and reminders have also boosted attendance. We can concentrate on delivering content rather than logistics. It has also enabled us to connect with remote customers and prospects, making demos, onboarding, and educational sessions far more efficient. Overall, it has streamlined our webinar process and made event organization much easier.
