Extremely easy to use and friendly. Importing our data takes just minutes, check-in is simple, and it makes us look very professional to guests. After the event, exporting attendance back to our database (Raiser's Edge) is easy as well. There's not much to complain about. We'd like a few more optional fields for data import, but our rep says that's coming in a future upgrade. You can use it for a single event or subscribe. Definitely worth trying—we were blown away the first time! Check-in is now effortless; no more paper lists. You can search with just part of a name, so flipping through pages is history. Adding or changing guests at the last minute is easy, and updates sync instantly across devices, so staff in different areas can see who's arrived. That lets us answer questions about attendance quickly and accurately. Check-in is faster, more accurate, and we present a more polished image to senior staff and guests.
