Selling and checking in tickets was effortless, and our guests praised the professionalism, largely thanks to Yapsody. Whenever we contacted support for help, we received quick, useful responses. Though we couldn't implement every idea, when a feature existed, they explained it clearly. We wanted to allow donations with ticket purchases, but that wasn't directly possible, so we used a workaround with a non-reserved seat. The staff is fantastic; don't hesitate to ask questions. They respond promptly and treat you respectfully. For our movie fundraisers, we needed assigned seating, which most sites charge a premium for, but it's included with Yapsody.
