"Wooclap: An Essential Tool for Training, Teaching, and Assessment"
I love the ability to interact with learners live or asynchronously, with dynamic engagement. I use Wooclap with small groups (in companies or practical/theoretical sessions) or large audiences (lecture halls). Just show the QR code (also works in video calls) so everyone can access questions on their phones. I also appreciate loading questionnaires from prepared Excel files, with or without AI assistance for drafting, and getting evaluation results before and after the course. From experience, Wooclap can reinforce learning by repeatedly testing a definition, concept, or key point. For this, I create a progression with increasingly complex questions. Minor point: the save button is at the bottom right, while the back button is at the top left. Wooclap gives me professional solutions for informal assessments at various stages. It also offers handy bonuses like asynchronous questionnaires, attendance sheets, and participant response reports, which enable remediation or congratulations.

"Ergonomic, User-Friendly, and Pedagogically Inspiring with a Vibrant Community"
The ergonomics, ease of use, range of applications, and adaptability are excellent; Wooclap fits seamlessly into courses, helps create engaging student activities, and encourages easy changes to teaching methods. So far, nothing against the tool itself, and the community is active. I generally lament license costs for such tools, which sometimes limit adoption. Personally, I see Wooclap as providing ever more opportunities rather than solving problems.

"Variety but Frequent Disconnections and Setup Challenges"
I use Wooclap for assessments and multiple-choice questions with more diversity. I like the many options, and it's provided by the school. Several students got disconnected, so some responses weren't recorded. That's problematic for graded assessments. I don't fully understand how it works, and it's complicated to configure non-anonymous responses. Recording responses seems unreliable with occasional disconnections. Initial setup was complicated because the options aren't well-explained. It's also disappointing that I can't easily set points per question, requiring extra Excel work afterward. Wooclap lets me conduct assessments with more options, but I face issues with response recording due to disconnections. Moreover, setup is difficult, and responses are anonymous by default.

"Flexible and Simple, but Needs Better Asynchronous Features"
I appreciate Wooclap for the many options to create questions and its pedagogical focus. It's also very easy to generate content like questions. Students had trouble answering, especially scanning the QR code. Also, activities didn't produce results because not all students could join simultaneously in synchronous groups. I'd like the system to allow asynchronous responses without teacher approval, configured automatically when creating an event. I use Wooclap to foster participation in professional competency topics and explore diverse perspectives. I like the wide range of variables for question creation and how simple it is to build educational content.

"Wooclap: Fostering Active Learning in the AI Era"
The LMS is easy to use both standalone and through integration. Based on instructor feedback, we seldom hear complaints about Wooclap's functionality. To be honest, I haven't used it as much as the instructors working with our instructional designers, so I can't provide a direct answer. It makes quick polls more engaging in academic and non-academic settings. In academic contexts, it greatly enhances students' active learning.

"Engages Students Effortlessly and Provides Powerful Insights"
I appreciate that Wooclap is straightforward for both teachers and students, making it accessible with minimal effort. There are customization options, but even without them, the platform is easy to navigate and understand. The most valuable aspect is that it lightens the load for the EdTech team. Faculty trust that the software will function, so they're more willing to use it, freeing the EdTech team for other tasks. This is incredibly helpful. Embedding questions directly into asynchronous slides within Wooclap would be beneficial, rather than having separate questionnaires and files. Wooclap helps spot participant engagement and knowledge gaps, offers a low-pressure way for students to participate in big classes, and delivers student data for informed decisions.

"Perfect for Higher Ed: Simple, Moodle-Integrated, with a Responsive Team"
It's built for higher education. Simple to use. Integrates smoothly with Moodle or PowerPoint. Works for both live and self-paced sessions. The company is highly responsive and engages closely with users. The initial cost might be steep for small training organizations. Wooclap energizes and gamifies classes by making them interactive. It collects feedback from large groups, checks comprehension, or supports decision-making. It's useful in teaching and professional settings like decision-making, brainstorming, and prioritization.

"Easy Real-Time Feedback and Student Engagement"
Wooclap is user-friendly and packed with features. It's impressive that it can accommodate many participants simultaneously, which is a major plus compared to other apps. I also value the ability to set response time limits, offering flexibility. It's not just for teaching or quizzes; it can collect opinions from participants or students. Setting it up was straightforward, and I didn't need a manual. Sometimes displaying questions feels like a lot of back-and-forth; a menu could simplify that. I'm new, so I'm still learning. Also, editing questions takes time because you have to recreate them. That's all. In my teaching, Wooclap lets me give real-time feedback and see answers instantly. It helps students who answer incorrectly to compare with peers, discuss, and finally grasp the correct answer.

"Rich Question Variety with Minor Folder Annoyances"
I'm pleased that Wooclap lets me build or upload my own questions. The numerous question types are great, enabling me to ask a wide array of questions. This keeps students on their toes, as each Wooclap session is different – sometimes group work, sometimes solo, sometimes multiple choice, then matching. I also like the simple initial setup, which was a breeze. Moreover, I'm glad about the many question options introduced over the years. A big annoyance is that you have to drag an event into a specific folder, and that function struggles. It would be much less frustrating if I could select the folder when creating an event. I rely on Wooclap for formative assessments. It lets me ask varied questions, keeping students alert. Thanks to the rich question types, I can create or import questions and mix between group work, individual tasks, multiple choice, and matching.

"Wooclap: User-Friendly, Flexible, and Moodle-Compatible"
My favorite aspects of Wooclap are its simplicity, effectiveness, and adaptability. It provides a broad selection of interactive exercises that fit various teaching styles and goals. The Moodle integration is also seamless, letting me add it to my courses without burdening instructors or students. I don't have any complaints about Wooclap; it's malleable and can be tailored to our needs, which makes it simple to adapt to different teaching situations and objectives. Wooclap boosts class participation by allowing every student to contribute. It shows responses instantly, helps spot trends quickly, and encourages collaborative knowledge building. The anonymous answering option also fosters a safer space for participation, especially for shy students.
