Simplicity and flexibility are key. As a guest, it feels like you're at a physical event – I can't think of anything negative. For our annual kick-off with 500 employees, we chose a different room and technical platform, and unfortunately had many technical issues. I wished we had used vVenues; we had no challenges with it, but we couldn't change suppliers for that studio. As clients, we can create simple interactivity with our employees wherever they are in the world. We've never received such high employee satisfaction scores as we did the first year we used vVenues.

The 3D environments with interactivity create memorable experiences that make people feel they had a genuine event. It's not always easy to program custom experiences inside the platform. Clients are looking for virtual experiences that are more engaging and immersive than the Zoom calls they're constantly in.

The platform's flexibility, and it's as close to in-person as you can get in a digital world. You feel confident the technical side will work, allowing you to focus on your content. I don't really dislike anything about vVenues, but for smaller events, the platform might be a bit pricey. To make it perfect, real-time visitor data access would be nice (you receive it afterward, so you do get the data). It's a professional team that will do everything to meet your requirements and needs, and ensures attendees have a great user experience, almost like IRL. We now have a platform and ready-to-go concept for our larger webinars/digital events, and an efficient setup for the future.

I wholeheartedly recommend vVenues – they've truly nailed it! It captures the atmosphere of a congress with large audiences, maybe even better due to high audience interaction; seminars; engaging smaller panel tracks; and functional hang-out areas. The way they capture brand expression throughout is really cool. I'm definitely looking into this for our company going forward. I hope this is the future instead of standard kick-offs and fairs. No, I can't think of any negatives at this point. So far, I've only been a participant, but I'd love to organize a partner-event or internal kick-off using this platform. vVenues is a comprehensive solution! The design is intuitive, making the virtual event experience as close to an in-person event as possible. From the moment you log in, you feel you're stepping into an event environment, not just a traditional digital meeting with presentation and chat. The possibilities for designing multiple rooms and areas for content and exhibitions are endless and impressive. Video and chat tools for interactive sessions facilitate communication between delegates and sponsors, enabling successful lead generation and peer-to-peer discussions. The top-notch custom design makes the experience fun and easy, allowing users to 'walk around' in countless rooms and areas just like IRL. There are limitless possibilities, and I can't think of anything I dislike or haven't been able to adapt with the makers to create value for my customers. However, vVenues is best suited for desktop over mobile. By using vVenues, I've not only transitioned physical events to virtual but also elevated the digital experience. For B2B events, the biggest challenge is enabling branding and interaction between sponsors and delegates. vVenues offers top-tier interactions beyond a chat window next to streamed content. The platform has helped me expand my reach, allowing delegates from anywhere to attend, and I can quickly provide sponsors with delegate lists and statistics after the event. These features – multiple interaction formats, branding, and delegate data – are crucial for offering sponsors virtual lead generation, and vVenues helps me achieve these goals.

The admin interface is rapid and simple. Customization is virtually limitless in chats and rooms. We built 3D models of an entire fair. We selected vVenues over vFairs, ON24, and Hopin because of its interactive features and excellent customer support. One challenge is achieving pixel-perfect accuracy when setting up action points, but they're working on a fix. There were minor admin interface bugs that our customer service resolved quickly over the phone. Check out other public events by vVenues; sales reps can also suggest attending current ones to see the full branded attendee experience. It's a stable, secure web-based solution with the ability to tailor setups based on needs, brand, and media. It only took us a few days to set everything up and present it to our end client.

You can create whatever you need with a modern touch. Whether it's many discussion rooms, fun games, or information sharing, you can set it up in a very contemporary way. It's generally intuitive, though we did notice some attendees couldn't locate what they needed, possibly because it's almost 'too modern'. I'd like to be able to test the platform before it goes live, which wasn't available when we used it. With endless possibilities, it's important to have a clear vision of what you want. In terms of digital atmospheres, you can make it enjoyable while keeping it informative. vVenues allowed us to create something fresh and modern while consolidating all information in one place – which was quite nice.

What impresses me is the intuitive layout and the diverse ways to interact, network, and engage. The platform's appearance offers excellent branding, and with multiple rooms, you get a sense of meeting and greeting like at an offline event. Another plus is the ability to blend pre-recorded content with live streams for a dynamic program that attendees can explore based on their interests and schedule. I see countless possibilities and honestly can't find any downsides. vVenues outperforms other options I've encountered, and the team is responsive to suggestions and new features. They continually enhance the platform, and I eagerly await future releases. Using vVenues, we've taken our digital meetings to '3.0' during the pandemic. For instance, we built an impressive digital home for our annual CMO of the Year award, gathering past content (Hall of Fame, interviews, information) and creating a festive awards ceremony with partner lounge. We attracted a larger audience than an in-person event, including participants from across Sweden and internationally. The platform extends the lifespan of such events, with many accessing content post-event. It also opens up more sponsor activation opportunities and increased engagement over time. Additionally, the platform fosters online networking through speed meetings, one-on-ones, and networking rooms, reinforcing the feel of an in-person gathering despite being virtual.

I appreciate that it feels like a real physical venue rather than just another Teams meeting. It's simple to host large conferences with multiple segments without needing various links. It's straightforward for attendees. There's nothing negative to say; overall, it's satisfying and user-friendly. Perhaps the chat feature could be enhanced, but interaction on the main stage is somewhat limited otherwise. We've used vVenues for both national and international conferences during the pandemic. It's great for big events like fairs or conferences, but also for playful occasions like office parties and virtual quizzes. We've also used it for seminars and board meetings.

vVenues offers a comprehensive 360-degree approach with great flexibility in building events end-to-end, from registration and pre-event engagement to live experiences on the day. Since the pandemic started, we at Dell Technologies have moved all our major events to vVenues and seen better engagement, higher attendance, and improved satisfaction. We view such platforms not just as a solution for digital events, but also as an enhancer for physical ones, adding content, gamification, and safe global participation. Another standout is customization – while many platforms offer only branding and color changes, vVenues tailors and rebuilds the event environment to match our theme within a few weeks. Of course, no platform is perfect, but vVenues covers 19 out of 20 features we need as a global company. The team is agile and receptive to feedback, continuously improving the platform. I can't think of any real dislikes; perhaps a few more audio options in lobbies, but that's on their roadmap for 2022. There are many virtual platforms out there, but after trying several, we chose vVenues because it meets all our requirements and passed our security team's rigorous tests. The team is flexible and creative, so give them a chance – we're glad we did. Instead of seeing virtual platforms as problem solvers, see them as value adders to reach more people, share content, and engage audiences 360 degrees. For us, vVenues has enabled better scalability in Central and Northern Europe, improved overall experience, and expanded our event strategy from one-day to a full acquisition journey with pre- and post-event content. As a result, we see more attendees, higher satisfaction, and more leads that convert to business.
