I switched from paper-based questionnaires to online ones to collect client comments, and it's a rapid and effective way to get the needed details without the hassle of traditional methods. VoxVote is specifically designed for surveys and collecting feedback, and its high customizability lets me gather the essential information to determine necessary process changes. I also like how user-friendly it is; it operates flawlessly and always uses the same code, so my staff doesn't have to enter a new one for every question. The visuals are sharp, making it easy for my team to view on screen, and it appears to work on all devices. However, integrating with other software like Microsoft PowerPoint or Word is somewhat challenging, especially during quarterly reports. I'd love to embed a survey directly into PowerPoint slides, which would simplify asking a question, discussing it, and then moving to the next one. Another improvement would be the ability to duplicate an event and name it by semester, year, and session, since I often reuse the same survey across semesters if it's effective. I also believe they should provide more guidance for users who aren't tech-savvy, as the system currently offers little instruction for first-time users. Moreover, the account recovery feature seems flawed; I had to create a new account with a different email. I hope this is just a temporary issue, because I can't afford errors during live demonstrations in presentations. Despite these hiccups, VoxVote has introduced a new way for me to engage with our target audience. Discussing results and letting the audience explain their choices is much easier now. Connecting with young adults, who are digital natives, is especially improved, and it's a smart way to leverage smartphones since they're so accustomed to using them. In all honesty, VoxVote is a valuable asset for any conference, as it provides real-time responses from attendees. You can save responses to individual questions and use them to track how perceptions and positions shift over time.

Using it is quite simple, and I haven't encountered any bugs or issues. One thing I appreciate is that the same code is always used, so respondents don't need a fresh code for each question I ask. The platform offers extensive customization, enabling me to collect the specific info required to identify what adjustments our processes need. As for drawbacks, I haven't come across any so far. However, there is a slight learning curve, but once you grasp it, it's fantastic. It's easy to pick up and very user-friendly, plus all these aspects and more make me recommend it to others. This tool truly lets us capture immediate reactions from respondents, allowing us to store their answers per question and build a database showing how opinions and positions evolve over time.
