For example, when trying to set session capacity, selecting the 'capacity' tab would close and bounce me back to the session description, forcing me to scroll down and reopen it repeatedly. We needed an app for an event, and that was delivered, but we ran into some issues along the way. While vFairs as a full suite makes sense, as a standalone app the process felt unnecessarily convoluted.

What I value most about vFairs is how easy it is to integrate and use. They incorporated every request we made without a hitch. In contrast to other firms where Turkish language support was often inadequate, vFairs provided a fully localized Turkish platform and rapidly implemented our custom features. Also, exported files aren't directly re-importable because headers differ between export and import, necessitating significant manual adjustments. Another weak point is mobile management. The core backend is powerful, but the admin app is limited to check-in functions. Since the main backend page isn't mobile-responsive, event managers essentially need a PC during events for full control. Addressing simultaneous sessions, vFairs effectively managed routing participants across four concurrent training halls (totaling 20 sessions per day), ensuring smooth flow. Localization and customization were handled well, overcoming typical language support issues, and the system successfully managed vital participant communications through mobile notifications and email campaigns. With 24/7 operational support, the dedicated technical and PM teams provided lightning-fast assistance around the clock, guaranteeing our time-sensitive application ran without interruption—unlike competitors that adhered strictly to business hours.
