"Universe the product"
It's very easy and convenient to use. I just go to Universe's webpage and start my event and sell tickets easily. As a teacher, I often organize events for students, and this simple software helps me greatly. It's easy to navigate and handles tasks like organizing, promoting, and managing. I can't complain; I like it a lot. With progress, there will be newer, more advanced software, but for now, I'm absolutely happy using Universe. I highly recommend it for anyone organizing any kind of event, whether small or large. The ticket manager is especially beneficial, solving many problems at once. I organize international educational events like conferences, and with this software, I can easily do it online from promotion to ticket sales to full management. It saves time, is logical and easy to follow, and lets me easily track ticket sales and manage event guests.

"Great software for my personal use"
I've used two other platforms before Universe, but this one is the easiest and most intuitive. Once, I had my mom, who is not tech-savvy, set up a charity event and she managed it all by herself. The interface is very intuitive. It's also quick – after a few minutes of setup, you're ready to accept payments, which is convenient. Honestly, I think I sell more tickets with it than I would without. I'm so accustomed to it that I can't imagine organizing a gig any other way. Their customer service is also great. I did have trouble with the mobile app; nowadays, you'd expect a fully-featured app, so that was frustrating. It's not worldwide-friendly, as it's only in English; I often organize gigs in Russia and Slovakia, where I prefer local systems, some of which charge higher fees. Some might find the design options limited – not an issue for me since I stick to typical gigs. Reports aren't very informative. If you need something to organize small to medium gigs, save time, and not cost too much, this is for you. I've tried other software – one was too expensive, another too cumbersome – but this suits me better. It saves me a lot of organizing time, and I'll definitely continue using it.

"Initially good, but has deteriorated"
I liked integrating the ticket widget into my website, but now they only provide a link instead of a widget or button integration. Many features have declined, from ticket integration to customer service, and the software has become quirky overall. I set parameters for ticket sales dates, yet sometimes they randomly change, closing sales before the set date. I've double-checked to ensure I didn't make a mistake, but it changes often. I'm switching to EventGrid. Customer service has also worsened; multiple people don't respond to emails. I'd suggest testing it on less critical events to observe the quirks. Selling tickets from my website.

"Event ticket sales solution"
It allows me to manage all phases of event preparation simply, such as ticket issuance, inventory, creativity, and refunds, whenever I organize expos to showcase my work. The control panel lets me track marketing objectives and progress. Customer service isn't seamless because it can't be passed on to buyers after a purchase. I'd highlight three excellent benefits: ticket sales capacity, daily sales verification, and buyer profile tracking, plus great integrations.

"Universe Review"
This is an excellent platform that provides easy access to information across all areas, with good downloadable reporting features. It can slow down during peak usage, and some functions take time to load. Real-time tracking is excellent.

"Excellent for event promotion and payment processing"
It's extremely user-friendly to navigate and customize, and attendees generally find registration simple. Some participants had issues with certain credit cards not being accepted, and occasionally the site would switch language for a few minutes. Despite that, the platform is easy to use, and customer support is fantastic. The website functions well and always stores information securely, with great reporting options.
"All-inclusive event solution"
Key features include ticket sales for company events, personalized event organization, a simple search function, and event tracking. Broadly, everything is excellent except for customer support, which could be more attentive. If you work with event planning and ticket sales, I recommend this platform. It assists perfectly in every step of organizing events, even though we only do it every six months. Additionally, when we attend events in our category, we rely on Universe for guidance.
"Simple event creation"
This tool lets us handle every aspect of ticket sales for our various corporate events, including refunds. The control panel gives us real-time visibility and lets us adjust operations instantly. Additionally, we can continuously monitor ticket sales. However, if we schedule many events within a short timeframe, the system can slow down. Clients sometimes mention difficulty accessing the list of company events smoothly. While there are occasional system issues, it's clear the company is dedicated to continuous improvement, and the cost-benefit ratio is objectively good. Using Universe has boosted my efficiency in organizing the company's regular events.

"Quick and straightforward event setup"
Creating an event takes minutes, thanks to a no-code solution that works well as a pop-up modal on your website. The customization options for the Universe-provided event page could be better. Running our own virtual events, we found it straightforward to organize ticket management and track guest attendance.
"Promising concept undermined by limitations"
Universe simplifies event creation and offers features like donation tickets and tiered pricing for different event instances. However, the lack of customizable integration with your own website is a major drawback. Beyond embedding their widgets or pop-up UI, there's not much flexibility. You can't modify the purchase flow, nor can you capture or send custom data to link purchases to user accounts on your site like Stripe does. This makes its advantages over competitors like Eventbrite debatable. The platform lets me quickly set up events and start selling tickets right away, with a secure and user-friendly checkout that integrates smoothly with Stripe.
