I appreciate that TrendAI Vision One puts everything in one place, which is helpful for my work in endpoint security and management. The relicensing process is also complicated—it's confusing to figure out which license type we need (core, essential, or professional) and whether HDR is included. For more mature SOC teams, deeper customization in detections and more advanced hunting flexibility would be useful. Query performance and investigative depth could be better for complex threat hunting scenarios. Reporting works, but more customizable executive-level views would help with stakeholder communication. It's a strong platform, but there's room to refine for advanced security operations. XDR helps with comprehensive threat coverage, and it aids in threat hunting.

Beyond being easy to use, having good customer support, a rich feature set, and straightforward implementation, I really like Trend Vision One's unified visibility across endpoints, email, cloud, and network. The centralized dashboard and automation have also boosted operational effectiveness and cut investigation time. To improve, Trend Vision One could consolidate multiple management consoles into a single interface and make frequent updates less disruptive with better scheduling and change management options. It helps us protect our employees' endpoints.
