I find Toasty very user-friendly with simple navigation, but I've encountered occasional glitches that temporarily block access. The breakout rooms are easy to use and perfect for facilitating small group activities.

The basic version is free and includes features like breakout rooms and meaningful group discussions. Many features that are premium elsewhere are available here at the basic level. The premium mainly adds multiple sharing options and co-hosts, plus an unlimited number of conferences with no time limits on the basic plan. To have multiple co-hosts, you'd need to pay, and even in premium, there's no anonymous messaging. Screen sharing is missing, which is crucial for basic conferencing. I'd encourage people to try this over others because even the basic version offers many features: a template library, one-click meetings, unlimited sessions, and good video quality.

Toasty is a video meeting platform with well-timed prompts, intuitive breakout rooms, and all the tools you need to keep any audience engaged directly in your browser. It's great because it supports larger audiences and maintains a consistently strong stream quality, unlike Zoom. However, it's less popular, so outside clients might prefer Zoom when you recommend it. Since we're all working from home, we want a system that's less prone to hacking than Zoom.
