"A Modern Ticketing System"
Tixly is simple to use, intuitive, and has a great support staff! The Tixly staff are solution-oriented and take our needs seriously. They have an online solution that works well for us! The product sales system has a lot of potential. We wish Tixly would put more effort into developing that part. We save a lot of time, make our customers happier (fewer long lines before the bars), and earn more money if customers buy snacks, drinks, and make table reservations in the ticket process. Currently, product sales work, but the reports and system aren't very user-friendly or efficient. There are also many details that could be more intuitive and give us more opportunities to offer the best experience for our customers. The reporting system could be more flexible, perhaps with more options to generate our own reports instead of having to choose pre-made ones. We use Tixly for: selling tickets, selling gift cards, selling products like table reservations and snacks, all economic aspects of ticket sales, analyzing sales and customer behavior, sending SMS to customers before events with ticket links and reminders, registering events, and marketing our events. The events in Tixly are synced with our website so we only need to register event info in one place.

"Clever, Flexible, and with Great Support"
What I like most about Tixly is how quickly they develop. Most of the features are very easy to understand, but when I've gotten stuck, I've always received good help. It's annoying that the app doesn't remember my login. I also think the app is too limited. I'd like to have reports there for previous events as well. I think the product has some way to go, but a lot improved in the last update. An official WordPress plugin would be great. Spotting trends in sales on specific events or groups of events is useful. Setting up events is also super easy and fast. Refunds have been difficult with other systems, but with Tixly it's a breeze.

"A Positive Experience with an Easy-to-Use Platform"
It's easy to get an overview of events and to create, change, and maintain them. It works well with Yesplan, which we've linked, and with the Peppered platform for our website. I don't have much I dislike. Sometimes I feel I have to click a bit too much to get to the data I need or to change a few things in an event or production. That's a minor thing though, and maybe it's because I'm still relatively new. Tixly helps us keep track of our ticket sales and events. We can easily adjust the number of tickets for sale and block tickets for organizers or artists, and make sure everything in the ticket sale process is as it should be. With the easy overview of sales, it's simple to know which events to focus on in campaigns.

"Excellent Customer Service"
The best thing about Tixly is the support team! I've been using Tixly daily for the past five years and have always received great help, tips, and advice. When I call support, I don't wait long for an answer. They are very professional, friendly, and service-minded. Usually, I get an answer or guidance right away and can get back to work. If there wasn't an immediate solution, they came back with one very soon. I've never been frustrated with Tixly. On the contrary, I highly recommend them! I had to think hard to find a negative, and there was one thing that was sometimes challenging. My organization is part of a municipality administration, and Tixly support can't use TeamViewer on our machines. We always had to have someone from our IT support work with Tixly support together. That's not Tixly's fault, of course. Creating different subscription solutions, for example, gives our customers a wide variety of options, which has been helpful in reaching different audiences. Also, during the COVID period, we got prompt answers to our needs, especially with ticket refunds or creating social distancing at our venues.

"User-Friendly, Modern, and Suitable for Many Genres in the Culture Industry"
Compared to other ticketing providers, Tixly is exceptionally easy to use. At our venue, we schedule around 1,800 productions a year, covering many genres, each with different ticketing needs. We need a system that can handle that diversity, and Tixly consistently does. We also appreciate their local client support in every country they operate in, which makes communication much easier. Tixly is a robust and stable system that benefits all clients equally, as new features are rolled out universally rather than through individual customizations. That ensures consistency and reliability across the platform. However, the downside is that it can take longer for specific or unique needs to be addressed. Also, Tixly has hidden features and shortcut keys that are very useful, but they often require some training and practice to discover and use effectively. The online checkout is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easier for us to sell more tickets. It also makes our box office staff more efficient by reducing the time tasks take.

"Easy to Learn, Great Help When Needed, and Customizable"
It's customizable to our company's needs. Setting up events is easy, and we can adapt to changes in the season on the fly. I love that I can handle most things myself. The customer service has been very good, and most issues are resolved quickly and without difficulty. Learning the software was easy and fast. There are a few minor rough patches in the rebooking system. They give us an easy online ticket sales platform at an affordable price, while letting us design the shop however we want.
"Being a New Customer Was Easy"
We knew for a while that we needed to switch our ticket system, but we kept putting it off because we thought it would be a huge amount of work, with things going wrong and our loyal ticket buyers getting confused. But all those worries were totally unnecessary. Everything went smoothly. Yes, we had to learn a lot of new things, but is that really so bad? And our customers just kept buying tickets, almost without any questions. I wish the app could show where tickets are sold in the arena, and that it would remember me when I log in. We can trust that the system works, which makes our workday easier.

"Tixly Completely Changed Our Ticketing Experience"
Switching to Tixly has given us full control over our ticketing, both the process and the service. We feel much more in control now, since we manage ticketing ourselves instead of outsourcing it. With Tixly, we can make all sorts of edits and adjustments quickly and efficiently. Our customers' online experience has improved significantly, and we can now offer features and services that weren't possible before Tixly. With greater power and ownership comes more responsibility. After years of outsourced ticketing, we're now 100% responsible for our ticketing towards our customers. That's not something we mind, but it's worth noting. We can't hide behind a partner if something goes wrong. Overall, Tixly has worked really well, but we've had some technical issues, especially after updates. I guess you can't have an IT system with zero problems, right? We'd like more advance notice about updates, so we're not caught off guard by technical glitches. We're also looking forward to improvements in the back-office side, like the reports. We can now modify almost every part of the ticketing service ourselves as needed, which lets us give customers the best service. Since switching, the percentage of online customers has gone up significantly, thanks to the more user-friendly online experience Tixly provides. That's helped especially on our busiest days, when fewer people are queuing at the box office. Also, ticket pricing is now more transparent to customers, which enhances the customer experience.

"Fantastic Support and Easy-to-Use Design Make Tixly a Pleasure"
The support team at Tixly is absolutely wonderful. They reply quickly, answer every question thoroughly, provide practical solutions, and are always open to feedback. Plus, they're just a joy to interact with. The platform itself is very intuitive and straightforward, making it simple to get around. With the different user-level permissions, it's easy to avoid errors and keep unauthorized people out. The backend is really user-friendly, which makes working with Tixly genuinely enjoyable. Because of that, both our customers and our team love using it—customers appreciate features like being able to rebook tickets on their own, and everyone on staff enjoys working with the system. Updates are always communicated well and explained clearly. I especially like the support page, where we can find information and explore the system ourselves. Anything configured in the backend can be reviewed anytime and undone if needed. Overall, ticketing has become a lot easier, and it's obvious that both buyers and sellers benefit from how user-friendly Tixly is. Since we started using it in June, I honestly haven't found any negatives. I'm excited to see what new features and improvements they'll add in the future. The user experience is top-notch and helps bring people closer to culture without any ticket-buying issues. Using the system is fun and engaging, and I keep discovering new features and thinking about how they'll help us sell tickets.
"Making the Move to Tixly"
After our old platform stopped meeting our requirements, we made the switch to Tixly. Their team has been fantastic, guiding us through the transition without a hitch and offering quick assistance whenever we needed it. They even came to our venue in person for the first couple of days after we launched, which really helped. Tixly has made our entire box office and booking process much simpler, from the initial setup all the way to scanning tickets on show nights—everything runs smoothly now. The bulk editing feature is a true game changer! One thing that would improve things is the ability to customize wording for event descriptions. It's a bit annoying being stuck with labels like 'Package' or 'Subscription' when I'm actually selling a 'Term' of pottery classes. Setting up was streamlined. Box office transactions are faster. Reporting has improved. FOH staff find checking tickets easier, and we've cut down on printed tickets, which is better for the environment.
