"Simple Setup, Fast Payouts, and Reliable Onsite Scanning"
Setting up is very easy. Notifications and money transfers are fast. Onsite scanning is simple to set up and use. I've used it for two years with no issues. It would be nice to have a memo or notes option for users to add names for badges and check-in. Also, bank account verification.

"Outstanding Support from Start to Finish"
I've been really impressed with TicketSpice's support—it feels like they've been with me all the way. Their Help Center articles and video tutorials made learning the platform easy. When I needed technical help, the response was immediate—someone was available to personally walk me through my launch, verify everything was correct, and even sent screenshots to fix an issue in real time. After hours, their AI chatbot answered many questions right away, and when human help was needed, an agent reached out first thing the next morning and resolved it quickly. In my 20 years as a website admin working with many support teams, TicketSpice stands out as #1. Their responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care make them the best support I've ever had. Honestly, I love everything about TicketSpice—there are no downsides. We needed to sell conference and workshop tickets to members of Contemporary Mosaic Art 2, located globally, and also provide detailed financial reports for our Treasurer. TicketSpice delivered on both.

"Easy to Use and Dependable, but Room for Improvement"
TicketSpice is very user-friendly and efficient, especially for building event pages. The 'Create a Page' section is straightforward and makes setup quick and stress-free. I can get a professional-looking ticket page running fast without advanced technical skills. While it's a great platform, some areas could be enhanced—particularly reserved seating. We often host events in banquet halls and auditoriums, and we need more flexibility in managing seat assignments. For example, moving a guest to another seat without issuing a full refund and reprocessing would save time. A more intuitive floor map interface would also simplify seat selection for both organizers and attendees. TicketSpice has modernized our ticketing by letting us offer online sales for the first time, making purchasing easier for guests and streamlining our operations. It's a big step forward in event management.

"Fantastic Experience with Flexible Campaigns and Low Fees"
I love the flexibility TicketSpice provides for campaigns—you have total control over promos. For instance, you can set a discount on a specific ticket level, even down to the exact start and end times. Second favorite is the low fee—just a dollar per ticket, which is very reasonable compared to Eventbrite and others. Third, whenever I need help, the support team is responsive and incredibly helpful. I use TicketSpice for all our events and appreciate having a landing page. We host about four events a year. The analytics are also very useful! Some complex tasks like ad campaigns and accessing specific datasets can be tricky initially, but they provide great assistance when you ask, so it's rarely a struggle. This solves the problem of Eventbrite charging exorbitant fees to both organizers and attendees. TicketSpice is a great alternative that doesn't exploit you and offers even more.

"Effortless Setup for Recurring Events"
For our recurring programming, TicketSpice offers the easiest build-out and user experience. We've been able to update pages over the years to keep them functional and adopt new features over time. I'd like to see waitlist functionality similar to RegFox. We manage registration for multiple programs across several locations.

"Simple Site Creation but Reporting Needs Work"
Adding elements to your site is very simple. However, the reporting system is not user-friendly; I have to do a lot of testing to ensure I get adequate reports without manually merging three different exports. Also, I'd prefer that guests be able to input their information before purchasing tickets. On my event page, I'd rather have guests pick their desired spot before entering ticket info. This software is helping us sell tickets for an event that would be tough to manage without it.

"Integrated, Ad-Free Ticketing Solution"
TicketSpice is constantly improving and rolling out new features. I really like the reporting tool, which lets me save common reports and schedule them to be emailed to me automatically. All the features I use have been enhanced. We handle event registration and ticket sales with it. It's great to only need to master one platform. I also appreciate that they don't charge for free tickets, which we offer to our customers.

"Top-Notch Support and Simple Event Management"
I moved from EventBrite to TicketSpice three years ago and have never regretted it. The fees are lower, and the platform is straightforward to navigate. What stands out most is the rapid, personalized customer service. Each time I've reached out, the team member made sure my questions were fully addressed. For example, Alex quickly helped me with a payment processing issue. As a small business owner running events for three companies, I value quick, personal assistance. There have been minor text formatting glitches when creating event pages, but that's the only issue. I like being able to duplicate and edit recurring events easily. We host everything from 15-person workshops to 300+ attendee festivals. The platform is user-friendly, support is fast and friendly, and the customization options help us stand out. The fees are fair—I feel I get good value. Refunds and exchanges are simple, and payouts are quick and hassle-free. I recommend TicketSpice to any organization needing these features.

"Straightforward Interface and Seamless User Experience"
We appreciate how easy it is for both our team and attendees to use. The layout clearly guides everyone on what to do next. I can't think of any downsides. I had a minor question, and a representative named Key answered it clearly and efficiently. Overall, I have no complaints. It perfectly addresses our need for a registration and payment system for our annual conference of about 250-300 people, and it also handles sponsor transactions effectively.

"Streamlining Needed to Simplify Life for Event Organizers"
The tool is fairly straightforward and quick to work with. However, you can't embed poster images into the text, which is a drawback when selling tickets for film events. It's also quite confusing to juggle both Webconnex and TicketSpice—they should be merged to make things simpler for organizers. At the moment, there's nothing positive to highlight, as the system overcomplicates matters and seems poorly thought out. I switched from Brown Paper Tickets, which allowed easy event setup with both synopses and posters. Please make it user-friendly—avoid adding extra hurdles and unnecessary complications.
