"Easy to Use, Exceptional Customer Service"
The ease of use, mobile app, and customer service are great. Scanning tickets on older devices can be problematic, and support is only during UK business hours. Remember that the main office is in the UK. We had a banking information issue, and TicketSource worked with me until it was resolved.

"Outstanding"
Setting up events is incredibly easy, with clear and simple instructions. The telephone support is excellent, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who explain things clearly. I have no complaints. The service is friendly, fast, and top-notch; I'd recommend TicketSource without any hesitation. They were also very helpful with GDPR.

"Uncomplicated and Easy to Use"
This program is straightforward and user-friendly. Anyone with basic IT skills can easily manage it. If you're stuck, there's a friendly and practical customer support team. When viewing the seating plan, you have to select to see the entire layout at once. Be sure to get the laser printer. It's a professional ticket sales platform for our audiences.

"User-Friendly, Flexible, and Professional"
TicketSource's interface is very intuitive for both venues and ticket buyers. A bit more flexibility with the customer-facing website would be nice, but otherwise it's excellent. It has completely transformed how we plan and manage events, and made us more ambitious. With TicketSource, people can book online or in person, and all bookings are integrated seamlessly.

"Just as Described"
A straightforward box office solution for everything from one-off events to full venue programs. I don't think any major feature is missing or below standard. TicketSource manages the entire process, even allowing phone bookings through their call center. The software also works with thermal printers to simplify everything.

"Best Free Ticketing Platform Out There"
Ease of use, speed, and it's accessible to older people who struggle with technology. There's a referral bonus, and it's very cost-effective. Ticket printing could be simpler, and multiple log-ins (easy switching) would be helpful. The contact manager is quite basic, and some event setup features could be improved. It's great for small companies that don't want to invest in a dedicated ticketing system. It solves ticketing issues for small organizations by providing large-scale software where the cost is covered through booking fees.

"Top-notch online ticketing and customer marketing tool for theatre"
I love the user-friendly interface and the ability to analyze my customer data. Setting up events and getting tickets on sale is fast. Discount codes are straightforward, and taking in-house bookings is a great feature. Nothing has been missing since the questionnaire function was added. Try it for a single event and you'll see how simple it is. Being able to sell tickets online without our own merchant account is a big plus. It simplifies business office reporting.

"Fantastic Budget-Friendly Online Ticketing"
The commission TicketSource takes from sales is significantly lower than rivals, and the customer service is great. There's nothing that would push me away. A table-style seating layout would be a nice addition instead of just regular seating. They're a very friendly company to deal with. They occasionally call to check if I need anything or have feedback. Any questions I have can be answered via phone, email, or live chat. They're UK-based, so no outsourced support. They also give discounts to charities on the percentage they take from ticket sales, which is a plus. Overall, I'm glad we chose them over other options. They're very serious about data protection, having emailed me thoroughly about GDPR compliance changes ahead of May 2018. I use TicketSource to help a local drama group sell tickets. The online aspect is incredibly useful, and the web interface is easy to navigate. We can generate seating plans and reports electronically instead of manually.

"Ideal for Small Venues!"
I appreciate the ability to add several users to a single account, giving everyone access while still keeping each person responsible for their own actions. The ticket printer option is quite troublesome. The interface looks nice, but it tends to glitch. I'm not entirely certain it's not my own fault, though. There are many excellent features and options. The price is unbeatable, so it's worth a shot. We recently started doing live shows, and this works perfectly for our small venue.

"Spot on for Your Needs"
Fast to pick up, straightforward to grasp, and simple to pass on to others. Sometimes it can be sluggish, and occasionally there are too many steps in the process. It suits small and mid-sized theatres well, and it's straightforward to train volunteers and other staff. Its occasional slowness can make it tough to handle very popular shows, but those don't happen often. We can sell tickets live across multiple venues. No special printers are needed, so any computer and printer can be used. Plus, online customers can pick their own seats, which has boosted our ability to sell tickets.
