If you haven't tried ThoughtExchange, their virtual events offer a great look at their company culture and include a live demo at the end. Definitely check one out. The cost might be steep for smaller organizations, as it's reasonably priced for what it offers. Even though we're a small team, we make it a priority because the investment is worthwhile. It's not inexpensive, but I believe it's absolutely worth it. Honestly, it has transformed how we connect with internal and external audiences, generate ideas, and organize meeting thoughts. Our community holds many viewpoints, but the loudest often get the most attention. ThoughtExchange makes sure every voice is heard and valued. The real value emerges when you categorize the thoughts and watch the data come alive. Themes and patterns are invaluable when trying to understand the people you serve. On controversial topics, finding common ground between opposing groups is crucial, and this tool helps us see that alignment.

Leading during uncertain and changing times has been tough. This platform lets us get instant feedback we can act on. So far, no negative aspects; it's great to see a dedicated team behind such an effective product. I've told all my contacts in education and enterprise about it. ThoughtExchange has changed how I approach problems. By conducting Exchanges, I can start addressing issues or challenges my team encounters. For instance, we held exchanges during the pandemic to gain insights into our mostly remote workforce. Just a day after starting an Exchange, we receive thoughts and ratings that guide us in making informed decisions and moving forward.

The AI functionality has room for improvement - it doesn't group the submitted thoughts effectively, making analysis and categorization more difficult. It allows us to grasp the priorities and pain points of a far wider segment of our organization than we'd typically hear from.

We're thoroughly enjoying the inclusiveness and impact of Thought Exchange. It's an excellent instrument for focusing on areas like defining a company's mission, ranking core values to better embody them, and deciding which cultural initiatives to pursue. This tool and platform are top-tier and incredibly useful. At times, we find that manually sorting through themes yields better results than the AI-powered theming. Still, the AI does offer valuable perspectives. Alignment and inclusivity are major benefits.

I appreciate being able to submit open-ended responses or build on comments that match my own. However, some prompts recur, which can eat up time. Concerns around my child's schooling have been addressed through this tool.
