The templates feature is great. Being able to save and reuse my own templates saves time. The category navigation on the pro templates is a bit overwhelming. It helps us send emails that look more professional and organized.

The drag-and-drop editor, along with access to HTML when needed, provides the perfect balance of simplicity and control. Customer support is excellent. We use this tool daily and it integrates easily with HubSpot and others. One challenge we've encountered is that Outlook export isn't always fully responsive, requiring extra adjustments on our end. Sometimes, even when we add responsive code manually, parts of the HTML get modified or overwritten by Stripo during export. For instance, when we add custom hyperlinks directly in the HTML, the output doesn't always behave as originally coded. This means we sometimes need additional testing and fine-tuning before deployment. Stripo.email solves the challenge of scaling email production across multiple teams while maintaining brand consistency. We create standardized templates and reusable modules that other teams can use confidently without needing design or HTML expertise. This reduces bottlenecks, prevents formatting errors, and ensures all communications align with organizational guidelines. Our open rates are outstanding, and it's straightforward to export to Amazon SES, Amazon Pinpoint, Sendy, and Outlook! We must admit we LOVE STRIPO.EMAIL. One feature we'd like to see is the ability to create landing pages for marketing campaigns. In the past, we spent hours writing HTML, more hours on CSS, and additional time on JavaScript for animations. No more! We design in Figma for education, document our images in Canva for Education, finalize everything in Stripo.email, and then export to our server via Sendy, Amazon SES, or Amazon Pinpoint.

Overall, we love Stripo because it provides the finest email builder on the market and feels considerably more robust than what email service providers offer. Stripo also has responsive support and a forum where feature requests are acknowledged and considered, which is fantastic. While the pricing is fair, I think the "Medium" tier should include more users. I also wish there was a way to define a secondary button style. We had been using a custom MailChimp template that caused display issues in some clients. Using Stripo gives us confidence that what we design will appear the same in the recipient's email client.
