There are no product downsides whatsoever. My only wish is the ability to adjust seat counts and pay via credit card instead of annual licenses, but that may be unique to our business model. The shift from a technical resource order-taking model with multiple revision cycles to marketers collaborating on finished emails has been a game changer.
