The most compelling aspects of SonicWall are its affordability, ease of implementation, comprehensive feature set for cyber threat prevention, automation capabilities, and straightforward integration with DFIR tools. As a cloud solution, it requires a stable and reliable internet connection. Implementation and DFIR integration are straightforward. It offers complete control over IT infrastructure at a cost-effective price.

I appreciate that I can't access policyholder personal data without first connecting to Banyan. That extra layer of protection is essential, especially now. My only gripe is that if Banyan needs an update or malfunctions, I can't do my daily work. Otherwise, I love the SSO feature and being ready to start the day. In case of a company breach, Banyan ensures no access without user credentials.

The product's features are not dependable, and the user experience needs work. SonicWall Cloud Edge Secure Access doesn't adequately provide access to company resources from any location, which hurts employee productivity and business operations. It lacks sufficient threat and vulnerability management, exposing the organization to risks. Its DFIR integration is limited, reducing IT control.

Being cloud-based, SonicWall Cloud Edge Secure Access is hard to reach and inconvenient, depending heavily on internet connectivity. It only works well when everything is functioning correctly. The reporting could stand improvement, and the implementation could be smoother to avoid delays and frustration. Integration with DFIR isn't as straightforward as I'd hope. Cost-effectiveness also has room for improvement. This solution fails to resolve the issue of accessing company resources from anywhere, which hampers my business by preventing employees from working securely outside the office.

We leverage SonicWall to secure our edge data centers and public cloud infrastructure and applications, using it for firewall, VPN, SSL/TLS, MFA, and endpoint protection. It provides extensive metrics and logs for security and network monitoring, helping maintain compliance across our environment.

For me, SonicWall Cloud Secure Edge is a reliable tool for web filtering, access control, and connecting to corporate apps and resources. Its dependability stands out, and configuration is straightforward. I do think there's room for more adaptability. My usage covers web filtering, access control, and secure resource connections, and it proves trustworthy for these functions.

On BYOD, CSE continuously checks endpoint security (OS version, encryption, active EDR/AV) before and during access, and immediately restricts access if a device falls out of compliance.
