Solvo simplifies compliance with predefined frameworks like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and CCPA. It also supports custom policies using OPA and Rego language, making enforcement easy in cloud-native environments. Integration with OPA makes rule creation and enforcement straightforward. Plus, it automatically identifies compliance risks due to cloud misconfigurations, keeping our infrastructure protected. I use it frequently and am in contact with their support team, who are very helpful. The initial implementation was quick because I received clear instructions that took about 30 minutes. So far, it has only helped me, and I'm still waiting to find weaknesses in compliance with many different requirements we have.

We were migrating from a single AWS account to multiple accounts. We needed visibility into application permissions through users and roles to determine if permissions were correct. The configuration process was straightforward, and through the centralized dashboard, we saw users and roles with unnecessary full access. The product suggested more suitable policies. We could suggest improvements, and they were promptly addressed. We could easily show managers our current status and what needed to be done to achieve our authentication and security goals.

Solvo is an easy-to-use tool for a very complex collection of tasks. The platform provides a clear view of your cloud settings, assets, and security features, among other customizable options that make CSPM discipline manageable. The customer experience and support are as good as the services, which is great because when issues arise, you get quick access to documentation and fixes. Not much to say negatively; Solvo is constantly evolving. Many of my initial pain points have been resolved and optimized over the year. CSPM is a large set of processes and practices that need constant attention to stay up to date and keep cloud environments safe. This task is not easy and typically requires specialists to identify risks, consider best practices and security frameworks, and perform constant changes and configurations. With Solvo, that hard job, which used to require a whole team, can now be done by a single professional, even one not yet fully specialized, reducing costs and increasing safety.
