"Smooth Cloud Transition with Reliable Support"
Signature 365 is user-friendly, requiring minimal configuration or installation. It runs seamlessly without constant monitoring. Transition and migration have been smooth, and although we're migrating gradually, it's working well. The product integrates well with Microsoft 365, and no client or agent installation is needed—just enable it for users. We haven't encountered any issues; it's been great. The support team, especially Jamie, is very helpful and knowledgeable, making setup easy. It's essentially plug-and-play for us. Nothing negative to say.
"Easy Mobile Signature Setup via Distribution Groups"
I like the mobile signature feature and how simple it is to assign a signature to a user. With Signature 365, we can link a distribution group to the signature manager, and adding a user to that group automatically generates a signature. It's quick and easy, addressing a long-standing need. One drawback is that you can't save an image with a specific filename or rename after upload, so we have to create separate templates for each user needing a headshot. We use it to auto-generate mobile email signatures on iPads and phones, solving issues with our old Symprex software. It also makes user setup fast by linking distribution groups.

"Simple Company-Wide Signature Control with Smooth Migration"
Signature 365 makes it easy to manage signatures across the company. The web portal is simple, and Microsoft 365 integration means we don't create users/groups manually. If migrating from Symprex's on-prem product, the wizard can import signatures, campaigns, and rules, and it worked well for us, saving time. Tech support was responsive, answered questions about on-prem agent and O365 add-in interaction, and checked in during testing. We've had no issues so far. The only limitation is the time for Microsoft 365 Admin Center to deploy the integrated app; manual installation is an option if needed. Previously, managing signatures manually and ensuring consistent formatting was tough, but this product solves that without an on-prem app.

"Essential SaaS for Streamlining Email Signatures Across the Company"
- Integrates well with Microsoft ecosystem: smooth configuration, user/group import, works on all Outlook versions, replicates edits in seconds.
- Setup is straightforward, divided into three independent parts: signature (user info), campaign (banner), and disclaimer (legal).
- Many syncable fields, including 15 custom and extended attributes from on-prem AD to Entra ID.
- Wide range of default and custom company fields; I created a newsletter link field that updates in one edit.
- Knowledge base is well-organized with clear examples.
- Custom roles for IT admins and limited access for others; e.g., marketing can view campaigns with scheduling and click rates.
- Granular control with filters for device-specific signatures (iOS/Android).
- Competitive pricing compared to other major products.
- Roadmap looks promising with sensible features and fixes.
- Fast, precise, and friendly support and sales responses.
- Rules have priority, but a preview/simulation feature is missing; a misclick can apply unintended changes.
- Campaigns also have priority, but only via button, not drag-and-drop.
- Entire signature is in a table; cannot add space before it.
- Doesn't support external images, so a new logo must be coordinated.
- No need for on-premise server; previous software required a server that scanned AD and took long to sync (2 hours).
- No local agent needed; add-in is deployed to M365 profile.
- Mobile signatures were not possible before; now they're functional in native Outlook app and third-party with 'inject-signature' config.
- Click-rate stats on banners show stakeholders that social media isn't the only option, opening more business opportunities.
"Customizable HTML Signatures with Smart Logic and Excellent Support"
I appreciated starting from existing HTML code and customizing it. There are powerful if-then-else conditions that can show or hide fields based on sender details. Customer support is outstanding—helpful, professional, and friendly. If you don't have Azure user groups set up, assigning signatures per user can be tedious since you must select them individually. Also, HTML may render differently across email clients, so a testing tool would be useful; some alternatives offer that. We wanted server-side signatures for uniform appearance across all users. Once configured, pushing a change takes seconds and applies to all emails.

"Straightforward Automation That Boosts Productivity and Saves Time"
I love how simple, reliable, flexible, and seamlessly integrated Signature 365 is in my daily tasks. The drag-and-drop interface saves me hours weekly and simplifies managing signatures, gifts, and images for the company. It excels at efficiency by automating routine work, cutting down on time and errors. It's scalable for larger setups, and the user-friendly design speeds up onboarding and daily use. Overall, it's a consistent, practical solution that enhances productivity and operational stability. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. The price is excellent compared to other solutions, especially one with Office integration. I can't recommend it enough. It saves me a lot of time and allows me and the IT team to delegate this work to marketing, benefiting everyone. Previously, we used a third-party tool that required HTML tweaks for even minor changes like moving a gift or adding an image, which consumed hours. Since switching, we've recouped our investment through time savings. Assigning different signatures via Active Directory groups is helpful for internal mobility and separating external contractors to prevent them from using our internal signatures. Now our emails look more professional, marketing manages gifts and corporate badges easily, and I can focus on IT tasks instead of constant signature updates.
"User-Friendly Branding Control with Minor Logo Glitches"
Signature 365 is very easy to use and configure, which I appreciate. Customization is straightforward, and the interface is intuitive, making it simple to roll out to various groups and add custom features. Integration with Azure AD or Intra is a significant advantage for us. We've occasionally had issues with logos not displaying, which they attribute to Microsoft, but it still looks unprofessional in our signatures and is frustrating to resolve. We use it to deploy uniform signatures across our team, ensuring accurate branding and information, and it simplifies setup for end users.

"Dependable Signature Manager That Keeps Working Without Issues"
Signature 365 has operated flawlessly for over three years with no unexpected bugs or troubleshooting required. The formatting could be improved—sometimes duplicating a signature with minor modifications results in inconsistent spacing due to accidental backspaces. It handles inserting signatures for end users, allows quick updates for disclaimers and such, and supports multiple signatures per user so they can choose when inserting.
"Low-Maintenance Email Signature Solution with Easy Setup and Flexibility"
From an IT perspective, the Signature 365 web interface is user-friendly, and we seldom encounter problems. It operates exactly as needed, so we configure it once and let marketing handle updates, requiring minimal oversight. I value the ability to add personalized elements to signatures, accommodating users who desire custom titles or holiday notes, while keeping the default format simple for others. Initial setup was a breeze—we built a signature, duplicated it, and tweaked it as necessary. For marketing campaigns, the marketing team can adjust things independently without IT assistance. Occasionally, Microsoft updates cause the add-in to vanish for some users, which is more of an integration quirk than a fault of Signature 365. Overall, it helps manage our email signatures across the estate, fixing inconsistent signatures and incorrect user entries, and it supports our branding while being easy to maintain and customize.
"Smooth Microsoft 365 Integration with Speedy Updates and a Handy Pronouns Option"
Signature 365 works flawlessly with Microsoft 365 and is very straightforward to operate. It's one of the rare intuitive SaaS tools that actually deliver value. Changes made to signatures, whether for individuals or company-wide, take effect promptly, and updates to job titles in Active Directory appear in signatures almost immediately. The inclusion of a pronouns field is a great feature, though in our setup, only admins can modify it, not the users themselves. This is a positive addition, but some employees might feel uneasy asking an admin to adjust it. The software ensures a unified and professional look, which is vital for us since we frequently interact with external clients. In previous jobs, I've seen wildly inconsistent and sometimes unprofessional signatures, but that's no longer an issue here.
