"Challenging to set up for your own event"
I appreciate that it's digital and easy to buy tickets. More information about venues would be useful. It integrates with apps and should have scanning capabilities. It's currently a major player in the ticketing space. Scanning at the event isn't straightforward, and Showpass doesn't assist with solving real-world issues with ticket buyers for your own event. Better support would be beneficial. It provides accessibility, allowing us to avoid paper tickets. We don't gain any direct benefits, but it does save us time compared to selling paper tickets. Our business might have seen an increase, though it's hard to determine. Our event hasn't taken place yet.

As someone who frequently attends events with similar friends, this service combined with ticket management is incredibly useful! The overall experience was smooth, and linking it to my Facebook account was easy, allowing me to complete my purchase in just a couple of minutes. I chose Facebook because the autofill on my phone kept failing, repeatedly sending me back to the same page and forcing me to start over. Switching to Facebook login solved that issue. Before Showpass, I wasn't aware of the Phillips Backyard Party, but now that I've subscribed, I have tickets and will stay in the loop for other cool events happening.

Showpass prevented that, making it impossible for us. Until these issues are fixed, I won't use them again, and even then, it would need to be worth the switch. I'm ultimately disappointed—nothing they offer is unique, and another service could do it better. They were a fresh interface compared to others, but their payout structure falls short.
