"Please Reconsider Your Prices"
The product is easy to use and embeddable on your website. We'd love to keep using it, but the pricing has skyrocketed! Some features, like their website, aren't compelling selling points. Prices are triple what we used to pay. Also, having Eventbrite as the only ticketing integration is shortsighted. Many SMEs are leaving Eventbrite due to pricing. Integrating with Stripe would be smarter for us. No current issues, but we did enjoy embedding schedules on our sites.

"Best Conference Setup, User-Friendly"
I've used Sched many times for conferences. My colleagues have varying tech skills, and I've never had questions about how it works for users. The backend is also great—many upload options, various plans, and the best customer service. There are no downsides, unless you're an advanced coder and find it too rigid. I can't think of anything negative. It's ideal for organizing conferences of any size. You can try it before committing. It's straightforward from all angles. In our 500+ employee organization, it's the best way to share information, track attendance, and store conference details.

"Responsive Support and Excellent Registration"
Registration is easy. The platform constantly improves. Support is responsive and helpful. There's nothing missing—everything works properly. Support is super easy to get, and videos are great. But each year the price increases significantly; it was $100 the first year! Capping numbers and freezing registration are useful. I'd like to support two audiences with different workshop access. We didn't use that feature this year because workshops are still visible to excluded audiences.

"Great for Online Participants"
The visual, themed schedule works seamlessly across platforms. Our users were happy! Time zone management handled five and a half zones brilliantly. Daily email reminders were well-liked. The admin features are powerful with the documented API. Setting Zoom links late worked fine—they appear just before event start times. The company was very supportive. One note: the emailed daily schedule doesn't localize times to the reader's zone. Be ready to work with the data. Have your schedule in a spreadsheet for easy upload. We stopped maintaining our website with zoom links once we loaded Sched.

"Second Year, Very Pleased"
We've used Sched for two years for our week-long Special Ed conference. It's amazing! Coordinating 200+ attendees and 50 speakers was easy. Thank you for the platform and fast customer support. I can't think of any negatives. Sched is a one-stop shop for event planning—registration, scheduling, presenter feedback, and data for our School Board.

"Streamlined Event Management"
Sched simplifies event management with its intuitive interface. Bulk-uploading sessions, users, and speakers with tags saved us time. Embedding the schedule into our website gave a professional look. The email feature allowed daily reminders, welcome messages, and newsletters. Privacy settings ensured only participants could access. Customer service is quick but sometimes lacks complete answers. Email customization could be improved—subject lines and intros are often pre-set. A Spanish interface would be a nice addition. The feedback feature could be more flexible. Overall, Sched helped us manage a complex event easily, with bulk uploads and automated emails boosting engagement. Zoom integration was seamless, and privacy was secure.

"Great Support, but Rarely Needed"
Sched is very intuitive to set up and use, even for advanced features. If you need help, their support is excellent—clear tutorials for admins and users, easy to share with participants, and responsive account managers who take time to understand your event. They value client feedback and continuously improve with updates. There are minor issues common to event platforms, but nothing major. Attendees have asked for more robust interaction features, but Sched has been addressing that with each update. They just launched an integrated CFP feature that will simplify recruiting and reviewing speakers. We'll definitely use it for our next conference.

"Easy to Use"
Sched is very user-friendly throughout event planning. The spreadsheet import is handy, and communication management in the dashboard is excellent. Live chat support has been valuable, along with the extensive self-help guides. I'd prefer the option to import from Google Sheets as well as Excel, but I understand the formatting requirements. There are no real downsides. Budget cuts in education limit our ability to buy subscriptions, but Sched offers great deals for educators. It provides a single platform for professional learning events that's enjoyable and easy to navigate.

"User-Friendly with a Great New Interface"
The Sched team provides a clear roadmap of tasks and deadlines, keeping you organized throughout. Logging in and completing the steps for the app was straightforward. The final app looks very professional, and I just had to upload images and event info. Over 200 people used our app for this year's annual event without any problems. Earlier versions seemed a bit outdated, but the latest UI/UX updates are fantastic—clean and modern. Sure, there are some limitations, but we managed everything we needed for a three-day live event. Having all the information in one app made it easy to keep everyone informed, with personalized schedules and live notifications.

"Veteran User Reviews Sched"
We've relied on Sched for both virtual and live events. It's simple to add attendees, speakers, and sponsors, and the projected attendance feature lets us plan ahead effectively. Handling last-minute changes to schedules, locations, and sessions is straightforward. The messaging tool is great for sending real-time updates to any group or everyone at once. This year, the pricing was surprising, but the Sched team worked with us, a nonprofit educational organization, to fit our budget, and we're thankful for that. Sched serves as an excellent communication platform. For events with diverse pathways and learning needs, it offers filters for attendees and lets us adjust locations and resources as we watch attendance grow in real-time.
