ControlMap offers a user-friendly platform that has enabled our GRC team to completely overhaul how we handle policy, governance, vendors, and risk management, all from a single location. Previously, we juggled multiple disparate tools to fulfill these functions within our GRC program. Now, our entire Risk Management Program lives in one platform, making administration, navigation, and linking of information between policy, control mappings, evidence collection, and risk mitigation much simpler. The SSO login experience when using both the MSP platform and a client tenant is flawed. Because of this, we had to configure our GRC team as members of the MSP tenant and our organizational tenant to get them access, which required support intervention. The biggest win has been addressing all our GRC needs with a single platform; we no longer rely on a patchwork of solutions, which previously led to wasted time and inconsistent versions of 'the truth' across our on-prem and cloud documentation. ControlMap has consolidated these functions, offering easy cross-referencing of documentation and control assessments to satisfy SOC2, NIST CSF, and CMMC requirements.
