I like Saviynt's features that facilitate effective application onboarding and service account discovery, particularly identifying where they're used across various applications and end devices. Setting it up is straightforward, and our team is productive with account provisioning and deprovisioning. However, we face challenges syncing Azure role members with Saviynt, such as Global admin and security administration roles, which we're trying to review for unused roles to send notifications. I use Saviynt for onboarding applications and discovering service account usage, helping manage identity, application, and access effectively.

This solution is exceptionally easy to use, with an intuitive interface that reduces the learning curve and lets users operate efficiently without extensive training. Implementation is smooth due to clear documentation and streamlined setup, cutting deployment time and complexity. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, available via multiple channels, ensuring quick issue resolution and ongoing assistance. Its reliability and simplicity make it a frequent tool in daily workflows, positioning it as a core component of operations. The platform includes a rich feature set covering essential and advanced functions, offering flexibility for various business needs. Integration capabilities are strong, enabling seamless connections with existing systems and third-party apps without disrupting processes. Overall, this solution combines usability, functionality, and support, making it a practical and scalable choice for efficiency and adaptability. One drawback is that the interface can feel complex for newcomers, requiring a longer learning curve. Some advanced configurations demand significant technical expertise, potentially slowing implementation for smaller teams. Saviynt addresses key IAM challenges by enabling efficient user identity management, enforcing robust access controls, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Automating provisioning and de-provisioning reduces manual workload and minimizes security risks. Personally, I find this extremely valuable as it simplifies complex IAM tasks, strengthens governance, and boosts security while saving time and resources.

Saviynt unifies access management and governance, making tracking and management much simpler. Our team uses it for application and user onboarding, access requests, and periodic access reviews. Previously, much of this was manual via emails or ServiceNow, so centralizing it in Saviynt has improved visibility, streamlined processes, and reduced delays. The out-of-the-box reports and analytics are helpful when we need to review data. The documentation is good, enabling quick configuration. The Saviynt forum is large and active for quick fixes. Bug resolutions are scheduled for upcoming releases but take time. Support could be better, and SLA adherence needs consistency. Integration of custom code with the tool can be improved. Our focus is on access control and compliance; manual effort is reduced, and security is enhanced. Before, access requests and approvals were via emails and partly in ServiceNow, making tracking difficult and increasing error risks. With Saviynt, these processes are centralized, making it easier to manage user onboarding, role-based access, and certification campaigns in one place.

I use Saviynt for JML, access requests, and user access reviews including SODs. I value that it's a true enterprise-grade cloud-native IGA platform with comprehensive identity security risk management for humans, non-humans, and AI. It's highly scalable, has low maintenance costs, and ensures high audit compliance closure, making it a powerful tool. The UI could be improved, including reducing application onboarding time using AI LLM/Agentic AI capabilities. Simplifying pricing for different identity security features like NHI/ISPM, PAM would help increase adoption. Saviynt handles timely provisioning and de-provisioning of access, automates user access reviews, and ensures audit compliance while addressing security risks. It's scalable, low-cost, and delivers high audit compliance closure.

Saviynt excels in the areas that matter most in modern IGA: speed, scale, and ease of use. The UI/UX is clean enough for business users yet powerful for identity teams. Integrations are robust, especially when connecting complex enterprise applications without needing custom development for every case. Performance at scale is a major strength, enabling organizations to move fast while maintaining control. The low-code/no-code capabilities are a big advantage: we can cover about 80% of IGA use cases without writing any code. From a pricing and ROI standpoint, the value comes from faster implementation, reduced manual effort, stronger governance, and fewer custom-built solutions to maintain. Support and onboarding are good when the partnership is active and expectations are clear. Saviynt's AI and intelligence features make it feel more like a decision-support system than a workflow engine, helping teams shift from 'who has access?' to 'who should have access, why, and what risk does it create?' In summary, Saviynt delivers speed, scale, and intelligence to IGA; it's not just an identity platform but an acceleration engine for modern identity security. While Saviynt is valued for its capabilities, feedback from engineers and business partners points to opportunities to improve quality assurance, particularly around data consistency, integration reliability, and performance. Defects often surface in production, requiring vendor support and manual intervention, which adds operational overhead and reduces confidence during campaigns and audits. Saviynt solves identity chaos in complex environments by centralizing and automating access requests, approvals, provisioning, and reviews, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time while enforcing least privilege and compliance.

For Identity Access Management, I find Saviynt a good product. It functions well for access management, and its UI is very clear, making it easy for users to request access. I also find the access request process for end users to be straightforward and useful. Moreover, Saviynt helps me assess the criticality of user risks, which is crucial for preventing inappropriate access. However, SOD evaluation jobs fail frequently and need improvement. It would be ideal if the teams knew the exact failure reasons to fix them permanently. Configuring all Oracle applications was challenging, but it has become stable over time. Saviynt helps us identify access risks to prevent unauthorized access. The UI is clear, making access requests easy. Still, SOD evaluation jobs often fail and need stability improvements.

I appreciate using UARs, certification campaigns, and custom connectors available for our enterprise apps in Saviynt. Scheduling UARs through Manager certification campaigns for Active Directory and centralizing all enterprise apps in one IGA tool greatly simplifies admin tasks. I also value that Saviynt met our need to integrate ServiceNow tickets with access requests inside IGA. Initial setup was straightforward, and we managed without much trouble. Although the out-of-the-box connectors allow importing users and entitlements to some extent, including all roles and licenses of applications in these connectors would be more useful than relying on REST API connectors. I use Saviynt for identity management, governance, and administration, which simplifies scheduling UARs and managing certification campaigns while consolidating apps into one IGA tool. We adopted Saviynt for its ServiceNow integration, streamlining access request management.

This was one of the best sessions, giving me confidence that Saviynt's roadmap is heading in the right direction. The presenters were knowledgeable and approachable. I suggest allowing participants to post questions on an online forum after the session, as not everything can be addressed live. Overall, the session was highly engaging. Please ensure food labels for vegetarian and non-vegetarian items are correctly marked; this is essential. The content was dense and could have been divided into two sessions. Sharing the agenda and timeline in advance would help attendees follow along better. Providing the deck or a summary afterward would also be useful, since so many topics were covered that attendees may not retain everything to share or act on. Personally, I'd prefer hands-on lab sessions over giveaways. Topics like speed to scale, smooth app onboarding, posture management, PAM requirements, and agentic AI for security were covered, and vice versa.

The Saviynt EIC interface is clean, modern, and user-friendly, even for those with limited technical skills. It offers flexibility and customization, making it easy to integrate new applications and systems. The platform handles large data volumes smoothly, and its cloud-based AI/ML features accelerate deployments and enhance identity management; PAM implementation is also straightforward. The main issue lies with customer support—responses are often delayed and sometimes incomplete or vague. Coordination between support and engineering is slow, and the documentation lacks detail, complicating problem resolution. Some platform components run slower than anticipated. Enhanced support and performance would significantly improve the user experience. It provides better visibility and control over user access, speeds up onboarding and access provisioning, and boosts security by reducing excessive or unauthorized access.

The Saviynt Intelligence and Smart Recommendations module leverages a proprietary ML algorithm to review peer analytics, usage trends, and access risks. It effectively identifies and excludes elevated or risky access during certifications, preventing blind approvals, and provides accurate dynamic role creation. However, each new Saviynt release has introduced some problems; I hope the company conducts more thorough testing before launching versions to the market to address these challenges. Saviynt enables us to run certifications on a regular schedule, which aids in eliminating unauthorized access.
