"Taking Inbound Seriously with Anonymous Visitor Tracking"
I like that RB2B fits well with our tech stack; it sends notifications to our Slack channel about website visitors so we can do proper outreach based on where they landed. It not only supports demand generation but also integrates with Clay to improve CRM hygiene with enriched data. I dislike that RB2B currently only captures U.S. profiles. Our business interacts with Latin American audiences, and missing info on those visitors could cause us to lose potential opportunities. RB2B solves the need for precise, reliable data. Now our conversations with visitors are more insightful, leading to higher conversion rates and value. Our outbound team also benefits by approaching prospects with actionable information.
"Growth Marketing Lead"
It helps identify our website visitors, allowing our team to respond appropriately. If you know basic webhooks, Clay.com, and can connect it to your CRM, this tool gives you superpowers as a marketer. It doesn't integrate with Zoho CRM, which is a drawback for us. I also wish there were more guides on syncing data with our tech stack—for example, if we handle integration ourselves, it'd be helpful to know which activities or modules to focus on. It unmasks website visitors so we can add them to existing sequences.
"Simple Setup, Valuable Lead Insights"
I appreciate RB2B's very easy setup process—adding the code to our site and integrating with existing tools was straightforward. The software provides intent signals by identifying site visitors, which is invaluable for understanding interest in our services. Integration with Slack, HubSpot, and Apollo ensures leads flow into the right channels. Pricing seems fair and performance is satisfying, so I'm happy to continue subscribing. We don't see anything missing currently. RB2B helps us understand site visitors, provides intent signals, and identifies potential new leads. It integrates with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Apollo, supporting our business development and lead conversion.

"Rapidly Uncover Qualified Contacts Visiting Your Site"
This tool will generate new business for your sales team. We installed the RB2B pixel in March 2025, and by August 2025 we've closed 5 large deals and many smaller ones from the intel we get. It's extremely easy to set up and integrate with Slack, and the data is highly accurate. We collect and follow up on inbound visits daily. The only downside is sifting through bot or spam traffic with invalid LinkedIn profiles or emails, but that's a minor task and wouldn't stop me from using RB2B. It reveals who visits our site. We get very few form fills, so removing that friction is key to our inbound strategy.

"Accurate Contact Data and Clear Web Traffic Insights"
It helps identify site traffic and provides quality data on those contacts. The identification rate is low, but I think that's due to U.S. privacy standards, not RB2B specifically. It helps us understand who visits our site and whether they match our ideal customer profile.
"Consistent Visitor Data That Generates Quality B2B Prospects"
It reliably pulls visitor information from our website, which in B2B means a qualified lead for sales. Nothing negative—it does exactly what it's supposed to. It's opened up a new lead source we hadn't considered: website visitors who never sign up, fill forms, or book demos—they're just browsing and leaving—and we can now reach back out to them.

"Easy Visitor Tracking with RB2B"
I value RB2B's Slack integration, which keeps me informed with detailed visitor info on the move. I also like getting comprehensive website visit reports and a count of how many times a person or company has visited. Initially, setup took under 15 minutes. It tracked most visitors, though some weren't recorded, possibly due to their browsers blocking it. RB2B helps me identify visitors and their actions, highlighting top pages and UTM parameters. It connects with Slack, sending updates and detailed reports on repeat visitors.

"Great Value Product with Excellent Support"
This product effectively captures the data we need. It's reasonably priced and the support team is outstanding. I had some issues during setup since I'm not a developer, but they guided me through a workaround. My difficulty was configuring cookie tracking options on my site to stay compliant, but because of my site's configuration, they helped me resolve it.
"Turning Site Traffic into Ready-to-Buy Leads"
RB2B uniquely identifies actual people visiting our site, not just companies. Receiving real-time LinkedIn profiles in Slack enables our sales team to act while leads are still hot. The leads are high-intent, making outreach more effective—we waste less time on poor fits and focus on genuine decision-makers. Setup was quick, and CRM/Slack integration was smooth. I like that RB2B targets U.S. traffic only, ensuring compliance. Filtering by industry, company size, or title lets us reach the perfect prospects. Most importantly, RB2B generates revenue—we've closed six-figure deals directly from its leads, shortening sales cycles. For turning web traffic into real pipeline, it's a game-changer. However, it relies heavily on LinkedIn data, so some visitor info can be incomplete, especially for those with outdated profiles or personal devices. There's also some noise from junior staff or non-decision-makers, requiring extra filtering. RB2B solves anonymous traffic by delivering LinkedIn profiles instantly, enabling fast outreach and shorter sales cycles. Its filters keep us focused on target buyers, boosting conversion and outbound efficiency. Marketing can see which campaigns attract visitors, refining targeting. By identifying only U.S. visitors, we avoid GDPR issues. Overall, it converts anonymous visits into actionable, high-intent leads that drive pipeline and closed deals.
"Helpful Visitor Analytics for Independent Consultants"
As someone running a consultancy alone, RB2B offers genuinely useful insights. I can identify who visits my site and their company, provided they have the necessary setup, which aids in lead generation. The cost for paid plans is high for a solo founder. It filters out bots well, but I suspect it misses some data due to performance limitations. The interface is simple by design, which works for me but might not suit everyone. RB2B helps me pinpoint companies and sometimes individuals visiting my site. Combined with cold email and LinkedIn outreach, I can see who clicks through, which pages they view, and their interests, allowing me to tailor my follow-ups. This level of detail is extremely valuable when engaging with new contacts.
