The alert system is one of the best features we use, helping us monitor server downtime and storage. Currently, there are no dislikes, but we'd like the ability to view error records on a daily or weekly basis, similar to alerts, and also receive dashboard summaries via email. Rakuten has resolved our major downtime management issue. With multiple servers, we needed a single monitor that could oversee everything and send logs or alerts via email when servers hang or have storage problems.
