This software is incredibly reliable and intuitive to use, making it perfect for events of all sizes. I haven't encountered any issues or downsides. We rely on pretix for all ticketing at our trade shows, and it manages even huge attendee numbers with ease.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Pretix. Because it's open-source, offers a range of plugins, and has excellent documentation, it works well for both event attendees and organizers. The hosted version is reasonably priced, and their support team is always helpful. The point-of-sale functionality is a particularly strong feature. We host Pretix ourselves and have built custom add-ons, making it the perfect adaptable ticketing solution for our needs. The only minor issue is that the customer interface feels a bit dated; updating it to a more modern look would improve the user experience. All in all, it's an adaptable, economical ticketing system with superb integrations for payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe.
