The team is incredibly helpful in finding ways to boost our conversions. Everything from UGC to Q&A is well-organized and easy to use. Occasionally, our account manager isn't as helpful as I'd like. They assist our customers in seeing which products are good or perhaps not so good based on other customer reviews. It truly increases our sales!

PowerReviews provides a clear interface that is superb. It's very straightforward and user-friendly. Email notifications have a significant delay—about an hour before they arrive. It helps answer questions about products.

It's easy to work with, and the campaigns are excellent. My products saw a boost in reviews after the event. Honestly, I wish they'd choose me more often as a participant because I really enjoy their sampling experience. Reviews are expensive, but that's part of the business. It's great for generating reviews.

PowerReviews is user-friendly. Looking up reviews is straightforward, and if we disagree with a published review and want to unpublish—or the other way around—it's fairly simple. A few fraudulent reviews slipped through from customers who didn't use any obvious trigger words but gave low ratings for products they never purchased. However, we were able to get those removed quickly. The platform allows our partners to be reviewed by customers.

The platform serves dual purposes with product reviews and Q&A, and its integration with Google is beneficial. Account management is excellent. Manually uploading orders for review is cumbersome; the guides aren't very helpful, and support had some gaps. It shows us the questions customers have about our products, which we wouldn't otherwise know.

We're planning to explore additional features but are holding off until the 2026 budget. I'd love to see a review summary feature similar to Amazon's AI-generated summaries, which would give a quick sense of overall product sentiment. Having syndicated reviews lets customers see real-world product performance, building trust in our site and products, which in turn improves conversions.

The analytics dashboard gives a clear overview of review activity on your site. You can monitor interaction counts, assess the performance of all reviewed products, and tailor various reports. I still need to figure out how to connect the order feed—I haven't been able to do that yet, and it would significantly help generate more reviews. We're leveraging customer comments to drive sales.

The user interface is straightforward to navigate. Client support is top-notch. The PowerReviews team genuinely considers the needs and perspectives of both users and marketers. The event on 8/13 was highly informative, and the team was very responsive. I also liked the meeting space—it was modern and comfortable. I can't think of any drawbacks right now. Adding product reviews to our site helps customers view them and make informed purchasing decisions.

The initial implementation went smoothly, and the support and data quality were excellent. However, after the Bazaarvoice partnership ended and possibly with new management, the quality of syndication and support has diminished. I wish there were a feature to turn the dashboard of reviews needing action into a more functional worklist, allowing us to mark items as resolved or completed. Additionally, I'd appreciate more proactive support and transparency. It feels like our team only gets explanations about contract and partner syndication issues because we notice something missing or wrong and repeatedly contact our CSMs. This erodes my trust in their ability to proactively alert us to potential negative impacts on our business. On the bright side, syndication is a huge advantage for us as a retailer with hundreds or thousands of brands, enabling us to start with existing reviews and gain immediate impact.

PowerReviews offers a lively user content experience with excellent display features and a focus on quality ratings. The platform provides a vast selection of over 3,000 display options, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive interface. It also supports extensive syndication, which amplifies our reviews and extends their reach smoothly. The authenticity of reviews is fully assured, allowing us to selectively publish. The software contributes positively to our brand image and customer experience. However, PowerReviews has significant customization constraints; for instance, it hasn't innovated with additional display options, giving competitors an advantage. The integration process isn't seamless either, as some systems like CRM don't align well. Despite these issues, the platform drives positive customer experiences through effective brand management, showcasing positive reviews on our eCommerce site and dramatically boosting sales. Its broader outreach through syndication helps us optimize our reviews with high compliance rates.
