"Reasons Why Our Team Had to Move Away from User.com After 5 Months"
It has many useful features - all-in-one. That's really great so you don't have to worry about how to connect them. Customer support is amazing. I love their staff, starting from Sales and ending with customer support personnel. Our team of 100 people has been using User.com for 5 months now. We spent a lot of time and resources integrating User.com with our process and tools. But we had to move away from User.com. Here's why: - UX is terrible. Even for experienced support people, it's hard to navigate or find something. Yes, we used Intercom and Zendesk, so we can easily compare them. - It complicates very simple processes, so we always had to look for ways to overcome them or spend much more time solving them, instead of focusing on providing excellent support to our customers. - It provides so many features, but they are all basic or limited, so we usually had to think about how to create another workaround for the missing thing in User.com instead of doing our job. - Hidden charges for attached files in letters/chats. This information is not on their pricing page. It is possible to pay an additional $1,000 per year, but if it costs $4,000 per year and that amount increases every month, we cannot accept it. - They are totally unfair or inflexible. On the first day of the month we deleted our account, but they charged us for the whole month. We do not use their tool. Why is it so difficult to return the money? It provided Live chat, and automation for our marketing emails and campaigns (btw, automation is quite good in the market). And of course, we have used its CRM to work with our clients.

"Automating marketing in a simple way"
I think the first important point I'd like to mention is support. The company's support works very well, and I've always been very well attended to. The ease of creating automations is a very important factor. Marketing campaigns are easily created and quickly put to use. I won't deny that many problems with automation arose when using the tool. But all the problems were solved together with the support team. Our team also struggled to implement actions. Implementing completely new automations was much easier for us to implement new marketing campaigns, which saved time and money. Today it is a fundamental tool for the company's marketing.

This tool stands out for several significant reasons. First, their customer service is superb, from the sales team to the support staff. Second, it's straightforward for setting up marketing campaigns and automations, making communication quick and clear. Third, it brings together all essential features in a single platform, eliminating compatibility concerns. Finally, it excels at providing valuable user data, enabling targeted campaigns and automated customer retention systems, ultimately delivering major benefits to any organization. All in all, I couldn't identify any shortcomings in User.com. Streamlining new automation implementation saved us time and money and improved our customer communication.

"Uploading and managing campaigns automatically"
It should be noted that User.com's interface is extremely user-friendly and simple for everyone to use, comprehend, and learn. The tools provided by User.com make it simpler and more flexible to create and schedule posts across various marketing channels. It responds to and answers emails from viewers promptly. You may also use it to control your Gmail accounts. Due to the various post and ad processing, the workflow and processing time are slightly impacted. Regular program updates might help with this. The advice and tactics provided by User.com are really helpful in increasing lead generation and identifying excellent and loyal customers for our company. It was created for us to boost productivity and sales. The simple live chat function was excellent because it allowed us to communicate directly with clients or other team members about projects.

"More than just a live chat"
We are using User.com to build automations, run marketing, and send push notifications to users. The platform's interface is simple and clean. You don't need to be a developer to start using User.com; it can be used by anyone like me (I'm not a Dev). It's easy to integrate with other platforms, and the customization options are great. Email and push notification delivery is good. No issues, but we are not using it for live chat support because the Live Chat widget has some bugs, frequently reported by our clients, so we have started using another platform for live chat support. We are using User.com to send promotional emails and push notifications to our users. Since everything is available in the same platform, we can save time by completing such tasks.

I use the platform regularly, and it has become a key part of our day-to-day marketing operations. Integrating it with our existing tools was also surprisingly smooth, requiring minimal technical effort. From powerful email marketing to a full-featured CRM and smart user tracking, everything works seamlessly together. It's an all-in-one solution that just makes sense—and makes your marketing feel effortless. I won't deny that we encountered some issues with automation when we first started using the tool. "Unified Platform with Scalable Automation"
I really appreciate User.com because it is an all-in-one, deeply integrated marketing automation platform. It combines customer data, campaigns, chat, and analytics into a single cohesive system, so we don't have to piece together separate tools. The integrated nature of User.com is extremely valuable for our marketing automation team as it solves the problem of tool sprawl and disconnected data. Instead of using multiple platforms for email marketing, live chat, user tracking, segmentation, automation, and reporting, everything is consolidated into one system. This provides us with complete and real-time user profiles and enables cross-channel automation workflows right out of the box. Additionally, the initial setup was surprisingly easy and fast for our team. However, the workflow builder, while user-friendly, lacks some advanced branching and trigger options for very complex customer journeys. For example, more granular time delays, multi-path automation, and real-time event triggers would help us build more sophisticated lifecycle sequences without workarounds. We often need to create journeys with multiple parallel paths based on user behavior, custom fields, lead score, or engagement level. Currently, complex 'if/then/else' scenarios require stacking multiple basic workflows instead of handling them cleanly in one visual flow. More flexible branching would allow us to manage full lifecycle automations in a single, easy-to-maintain workflow. User.com unifies customer data and automates marketing tasks, saving time on manual work. It enhances personalization at scale and combines insights into a single dashboard, improving engagement and conversion rates.

"Comprehensive CRM and Automation, Needs Enhanced Insights"
I value how User.com integrates CRM, marketing automation, and GDPR-compliant data management into one platform, which is ideal for our gaming studio. It's straightforward to create user segments based on in-game behavior, and the automation workflows allow us to personalize player communication at scale without requiring a large team. The fact that it's built with European data standards in mind also gives us confidence in handling player and client data in Germany. It integrates seamlessly with our game analytics and internal tools, enabling us to pull in real-time player behavior data and create highly specific automations without developer involvement. The live chat and customer messaging features are also very reliable, accelerating support for both our players and B2B training clients. However, the automation builder can be slow to load when setting up complex player journeys, and some advanced segmentation logic requires more clicks than necessary. We've also noticed that push notification delivery can be inconsistent on certain mobile platforms, and reporting for in-game event funnels is not as detailed as we would like. More detailed reporting focused on player lifecycle funnels would be very helpful. We would also welcome more flexible custom event tracking that works natively with game engines like Unity, without additional API setup. The email template editor feels somewhat outdated compared to other marketing tools; it could be more modern and responsive for gaming-style newsletters and announcements. GDPR documentation could also be more centralized. I use User.com to unify player data and communication, reducing player churn through automated re-engagement. It streamlines B2B lead tracking and personalizes messages for GDPR compliance without extra work.

"Tailored for DACH B2B Sales Compliance"
I find Positive User's GDPR framework, designed specifically for the DACH region, along with highly customizable B2B drip workflows, to be a perfect match for our building materials sales in Germany. The built-in German privacy compliance tools significantly reduce my workload, as every email automatically includes a compliant preference center link. Any changes to communication preferences are logged by the system, and send lists are updated automatically, eliminating manual list comparisons. I also appreciate being able to tag contacts based on consent scope and create segmented automation workflows for different business types, such as residential renovation companies, commercial construction contractors, and architecture studios. The dashboard effectively displays engagement metrics like document downloads and meeting sign-ups, which helps identify high-intent leads. Additionally, I value the straightforward, exportable campaign performance reports that conform to German internal review standards, making it efficient to organize and archive engagement data. However, the contact data matching logic is unreliable when importing new contractor leads from our offline tender events. When I upload fresh lists of architect and builder contacts collected at construction expos, the system cannot automatically merge duplicate entries that share the same company name or business email. This forces me to manually scan thousands of imported records to delete duplicates one by one, which consumes a significant part of my workday during peak event seasons. Many competing marketing tools offer auto-deduplication, a feature that Positive User lacks entirely. Additionally, the automation workflow builder lacks flexible conditional triggers suited for B2B sales cycles. Our business heavily depends on quote follow-ups and tender deadline reminders, yet Positive User cannot initiate follow-up emails based on custom data tags from our quotation records. If a contractor receives a bulk price list but does not submit a project inquiry, I cannot set multi-layered delayed reminders tied to project timelines; I am limited to fixed 3-day or 7-day send intervals without custom variable logic. Overall, Positive User solves GDPR compliance issues and enhances targeted B2B outreach. It automates preference management, eliminating regulatory risks, and allows segmented campaigns, improving lead quality. The platform consolidates performance tracking, helping refine strategies effectively.
