We've been using PoliteMail since around 2018, and it's been absolutely wonderful. It lets us track emails, build campaigns, update send lists, and review metrics all seamlessly within Outlook. Their customer support is outstanding—whenever there's an issue, they're on it and get things running as quickly as possible. I can't recommend this product and company enough. I've encountered very few downsides. As the company has grown, they've refined and improved the tool. PoliteMail allows us to regularly update our send lists, avoiding outdated manual distribution lists. It also offers a user-friendly way to track emails, ensuring the right people get the right messages.

I contacted support through the PoliteMail tab in Outlook and got a prompt reply the same day. The initial solution came with a clear and practical guide that was easy to follow. Although that first attempt didn't fix the issue, the team stuck with me and kept working until they found the root cause. In the end, they provided the right files and instructions to correctly install and resolve the problem. The current Online version doesn't allow sending as a shared mailbox or as a different user yet. However, they're actively working on adding that feature. PoliteMail lets our company send email communications and campaigns directly from Outlook, reaching both our team members and external providers efficiently. For our team, it provides a streamlined way to create and manage mailing lists, which we use to track project announcements and send out weekly updates and changes.

Operating right inside Outlook means you can put together your campaigns quickly and without friction. After that, I can pull analytics, craft reports, and more in just a couple of clicks. The onboarding is pretty straightforward, which is a relief when you're eager to start building the campaigns you need. Nobody has extra time to slog through lengthy manuals each time they add a new tool, so speed and ease are key. We're on the on-premise server version, and it does need several people to keep it configured properly. That's not PoliteMail's fault, but it does eat up time and effort from multiple team members to get it running right. We use the platform to send a bunch of emails to a few thousand contacts, so having the capability to leverage our existing templates for various campaign types is fantastic. They're simple to set up, send, and then analyze. We also value that PoliteMail gives us its own benchmarking data and reports, which we use for our internal metrics. Having those accurate benchmarks is really helpful to demonstrate how we're performing relative to our industry and beyond.
