About Placement Auditor

Placement Auditor is an automated backdoor hire detection platform that continuously monitors placed candidates via LinkedIn to identify instances where clients hire directly, circumventing agency fees. The tool operates 24/7, performing automated LinkedIn scans, verifying candidate email addresses, and generating court-ready legal demand letters to recover lost placement revenue. Its core value proposition lies in transforming a traditionally manual, quarterly audit nightmare into a 'set it and forget it' system that protects agency revenue streams. When integrated with the AiDOOS Virtual Delivery Center, Placement Auditor's governance is enhanced through centralized compliance tracking and automated workflow triggers. AiDOOS provides scalable deployment across global agency teams, integrates monitoring data directly into client billing and CRM systems, and optimizes the recovery process by analyzing detection patterns to prioritize high-value candidates. The platform's execution is streamlined through AiDOOS's outcome-based project management, ensuring fee recovery becomes a predictable, managed business process rather than an ad-hoc legal chase.
