The best aspect of PingIntelligence is the ability to monitor APIs effectively and protect our product from malicious activities like DoS attacks and other online threats. There's nothing to dislike because it protects our APIs. I urge organizations to give it a try. It protects against threats and attacks while monitoring activities accordingly.

PingIntelligence offers API security. The aspect I like most is that it comprises three main components, each needing separate installation (ASE, ABS, Dashboard). In my project, we deploy PingIntelligence in a large environment with 25 servers, with each component on its own server, including Kibana. The solution is hosted on AWS cloud, using Amazon EC2 instances. It's very easy to monitor traffic and, especially, attacks on APIs. The Dashboard is excellent for analyzing traffic, requests (valid, threats, attacks) through a graphical interface. The only downside is the numerous minor components required for the full setup (EC2 boxes, Dashboard, ABS, ASE, Kibana). If errors occur, troubleshooting can be challenging. During initial setup, it took considerable time, but PingIntelligence provided full support. Now that everything is deployed in this large environment, it's easy to configure, monitor, analyze, and report via Dashboard, with services like Kibana and AWS CloudWatch.

It's a cloud-based solution that also enhances governance. As of now, there's no better alternative. I see this as a premium service with a relatively high cost. They should simplify the interface and UI to make it more accessible for various industries to recommend. The only issue I faced personally was the complexity of the interface, but other than that, everything is fine. The major benefit I've found is its ability to prevent even Distributed Denial of Service attacks.
