I love how straightforward Pholeo is and the dedicated support from the team behind it. They actively ask for feedback and continually enhance the platform. It's user-friendly and can be tailored to fit any specific project or program. I can't think of any drawbacks. I'm really looking forward to seeing Pholeo get approved and become available as an Apple app! The reports and itemized breakdowns are fantastic, and it supports multiple users for visibility among planners, vendor partners, clients, and others.

Now with Pholeo, I can craft event orders that speak the venues' language while maintaining a dynamic, on-screen hub for all my event details, updating them in real-time as things evolve. It also monitors costs, automatically computing service fees and taxes, and lets me see how spending for a recurring event stacks up each time. This has completely transformed my logistical approach to meetings for the better. Insider tip: an extra license (currently $17) allows you to bring the venue's event manager into the fold, enabling them to track progress, drop comments, and access information whenever needed. Pholeo is still growing, and certain features are on my wishlist that I know they're addressing—like labeling functions (labels are fully customizable), though right now you can only apply one label at a time. It's not a major issue, but it would definitely be useful. Pholeo saves me time and simplifies my event planning workflow. It's adaptable enough for me to design specs that suit my needs while generating info that venues can readily use. Just recently, an event manager told me I'd already done her job – she had no follow-up questions at all. That's unheard of!
