About Pencil'd

Pencil'd is an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and captures leads 24/7 when you're unavailable. It trains on your business information to handle customer inquiries, syncs appointments directly to your calendar, and provides instant notifications with call transcripts. The core value proposition is eliminating missed revenue from unanswered calls while automating routine customer interactions. When deployed through the AiDOOS Virtual Delivery Center, Pencil'd gains enhanced governance through centralized tool usage policies, seamless integration with enterprise CRM and project management systems, and optimized performance via AiDOOS's outcome-based execution layer. AiDOOS ensures scalable deployment across distributed teams, provides detailed analytics on call handling effectiveness, and governs the AI's performance against business KPIs, transforming a standalone tool into a governed, integrated component of your customer acquisition workflow.
