Compared to Tableau or Power BI, OAC has a smaller community and fewer third-party tutorials, forums, or user-generated content. Pricing can escalate with additional storage and OCPU usage. Oracle Analytics Cloud integrates seamlessly with Oracle databases, simplifying user, role, and permission management. The visualization layer is modern, interactive, and customizable.

I continue to appreciate it as much as I did on day one. No complaints so far. OAC turns data into a strategic asset, removing technical barriers while ensuring accuracy, security, and speed.

OAC provides a comprehensive view of volume patterns in our queue, offers real-time updates on team members' tasks, and enables quick data export to Excel—a significant advantage. It is well-known that OAC integrates seamlessly with cloud infrastructure, fitting like a puzzle piece into any cloud environment.

Generating reports that are crucial for business decisions within my company, such as sales order reports for entire sectors, best-selling product reports in the Dominican Republic region, and other analyses necessary for company advancement.
