The biggest advantage is the Opensense team—they're supportive, responsive, and always ready to help. We have many specific needs, and they've made the whole implementation smooth and a great experience. Overall, Opensense simplifies our everyday signature management and gives us confidence that our branding always looks its best. The only downside we've encountered is tied to our own internal setup. Opensense offers an option for them to manage our server, but we chose to do it internally. Because of that choice, some features we were interested in weren't fully available. That said, this limitation was due to our company's approach, not the platform itself. Opensense helps us maintain consistent, on-brand signatures across the entire organization. It prevents employees from altering titles, fonts, or colors, which keeps branding clean and uniform. It also ensures required disclosures are always included and in the right place, helping us stay compliant without constant manual checks. Overall, Opensense gives us control, consistency, and peace of mind.

Their support has been fantastic. They guide us through implementation and make sure all our needs are met. Our company was going through domain changes and new integrations, and they were there every step of the way. They also took my feedback about the GUI and made changes immediately. They created new support KBs for the new implementations we were doing. The security settings are a bit locked down when making domain changes. I had to contact support to duplicate configurations across domains. I understand the security rationale, but it would be great to request implementation from the GUI. The integrations with various platforms are extensive, which is awesome. It handles different domains, offers great flexibility and granular controls for creating complex signature systems with many variables. The platform is powerful and highly customizable.

Royna SunderRajan, our Onboarding Specialist, coordinated implementation by connecting our IT with Opensense's technical team, answering questions, and supporting us throughout. Also, Kimberly Clark from design has been great to work with—she always gets our vision perfectly. Their combined dedication has made our Opensense experience exceptional. Some backend setup involves light coding, which can be challenging when making advanced changes independently. I sometimes struggle with updating signature images or getting banners to display exactly as I'd like without help. However, the Opensense team is always willing to assist and ensures everything looks and functions as intended, making these challenges manageable. Opensense has fully streamlined how we manage signatures. We no longer have to chase staff to update their signature images, and IT doesn't need to access employees' computers manually. Marketing now has full control over the look, branding, and messaging in signatures and banners, ensuring consistency. Additionally, Opensense integrates with our internal systems, auto-syncing employee info into signatures—when someone's title changes, it updates automatically, saving time and avoiding errors.

There's very little to dislike about Opensense itself. The only minor challenge comes from Google's restrictions on certain signature settings and integrations, which are beyond Opensense's control. Even with these limitations, the Opensense team offers workarounds and guidance to ensure the best experience. Their commitment to helping users navigate these restrictions makes all the difference! If anything, new signature designs or major changes require their team's involvement, so you're working within their process rather than doing everything independently, which adds a slight turnaround. That said, the turnaround has been quick, and the quality is always high. It hasn't caused any real friction. Having their team involved ensures proper construction and alignment with best practices, so the process isn't a problem in practice. Previously, signatures were inconsistent—different formats, outdated details, and messaging that didn't reflect the brand well. Now, every employee has a clean, consistent, on-brand signature that looks professional. But once initial setup is done, management is straightforward. Any constraints we've hit are more about how various email clients render images, which is not unique to Opensense. Opensense addresses the issues of brand inconsistency and manual signature management at scale. It also creates an always-on channel for promoting campaigns and content without requiring teams to change their habits. This has improved brand oversight, increased campaign visibility, and better aligned marketing and sales on shared metrics.

As a result, we've seen better brand consistency, saved time for IT and marketing, and higher campaign engagement through everyday emails.

What stands out most is the uniform brand presentation, the wide range of banner options, and the user-friendly dashboard. Since it's linked with Microsoft and other providers, that can occasionally limit certain features. From the very start, our time with Opensense was excellent. We initially encountered them at INBOUND after checking out several vendors. Though all offered similar capabilities, Opensense looked more refined, had a great demo, and the reps were clearly experienced and friendly. A big shout-out to Tory Scharadin, the sales rep who assisted us first. He helped resolve a Microsoft-related delay and even arranged an extra month at no cost. His quick replies and dedication left a strong impression. Onboarding was top-notch too. Will Tender managed the rollout exceptionally well; he was patient, skilled, and accommodating. Deploying to over 280 staff members could have been messy, but he made it straightforward. His know-how and client-first attitude were remarkable. Now, every department uses professional, consistent signatures. Opensense lets us manage department-specific banners and campaigns while keeping the brand intact. The signatures look great in both light and dark mode, and we customized a lightweight version for our field staff to ensure quick loading. Most importantly, the marketing banner feature is a huge asset. It gives us a direct channel to promote events, campaigns, and company news via email. We also want to thank Cody Herrick for helping with the renewal. He coordinated the contract extension and aligned it with our budget cycle so we could tap into co-op funds. His flexibility and customer focus made it effortless. Opensense delivered exactly what they promised: a robust tool, outstanding support, and a way to enhance our brand with every message.
