We used Nunify for the event website, program development, sponsor promotion, registration, and the mobile app. We were happy to present a professional, branded platform to delegates, and their experience was generally smooth. We were pleasantly surprised by how easily and actively delegates engaged with the chat and social wall during the conference, which helped connect people before, during, and after the event. Users found the OTP login annoying, and duplicating sessions could be easier. We needed an integrated platform that was easy to implement from an organizer's perspective and facilitated registration and engagement for attendees.

We chose Nunify because it had all the features we required but could be scaled down to fit our needs perfectly. It was easy to customize and use. It wasn't available in our language, but support helped resolve that quickly. Keeping conference participants updated with relevant information and facilitating networking among them.

The quality of service and features are good and very helpful. They could work on cost, timelines, and faster responses. Currently, they handle registrations and emails, and I'd like them to address other issues as well.

Additionally, for the price, support is quick and helpful, making it a complete package. Honestly, there's little to complain about. Maybe a better integration with existing Stripe accounts and transactions related to the event. Nunify provides a mix of sales, event management, and public communication through emails and the website, leading to highly efficient event handling.
