"Top-Tier IAM Solution for Enterprises"
It seamlessly integrates with company SSO and allows creating different groups for role management. A standout feature is PIM for privileged access, offering just-in-time access and auditable role usage. All features are strong; I see no drawbacks. For any application, we can easily create roles and assign them to groups, and instead of permanent permissions, Entra's PIM provides just-in-time access.

"The New Azure Works Well"
Having used Microsoft products for decades, this feels like a natural evolution. It can be confusing to trace permission issues. It integrates well between AD and Office 365 cloud management. We don't currently use any cloud VMs.

"Typical Microsoft Package: It Gets the Job Done"
It handles cross-platform rights management and automatically removes permissions based on time criteria. The UI is a bit convoluted, common in Microsoft products, but improves over time with refinement. It creates seamless cross-platform access while ensuring unused access is revoked to prevent unauthorized access to critical data streams.

"Configuration Hurdles and Loading Delays"
Microsoft Entra is decent, but configuring it can be tricky at times. Loading files to the cloud needs speed improvements. It would be better with an introductory module for first-time users. The absence of user reviews makes it hard to gauge effectiveness and reliability. There is information on specific features and capabilities. For our business, Microsoft Entra Permissions Management has made cloud migration somewhat easier, though managing permissions and access controls remains challenging.

"Simplifying Permission Assignments"
The user interface simplifies assigning permissions to various applications and serves many purposes. There is some lack of clarity and overlapping permissions required for different apps. It allows assigning licenses to users in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

"The Best Azure AD Experience Yet"
For both system admins and beginner engineers, this Microsoft tool is easy to use for managing computers and user objects in the cloud. However, there's a lack of licenses to add more products, which poses security issues. I've successfully created dynamic security groups, assigned roles, restricted access, and implemented last sign-in tracking.

"The Essential Tool for Identity and Permission Oversight"
Managing user access and conducting permission reviews has become much simpler and more secure. The integrations with GCP, AWS, and our own applications keep everything in one place. There's a learning curve for permission management before getting started. We can assign users only the permissions they actually use across all our cloud solutions.

"Entra: A Massive Improvement Over the Old AzureAD Portal"
Entra consolidates features from the Azure portal into a unified access interface, which is fantastic. It's a significant upgrade from navigating multiple sections in portal.azure. The Permission Creep Index (PCI) is both challenging and extremely useful, helping our system admins identify over-privileged access across the organization and quickly rectify vulnerabilities with the recommendations from the Entra Permissions Management tool.

"Efficient and User-Friendly Permissions Management"
The setup process is quick, requiring minimal time. There are various methods to configure Microsoft Entra Permissions Management, making integration and implementation easy. The platform is highly user-friendly, and support is available around the clock. I have no complaints—it's excellent. We use it to manage our O365 environment, and its features are great for infrastructure management. With Microsoft Entra Permissions, we can efficiently and swiftly administer the O365 environment. Performance and availability are critical, and this tool addresses them well. It offers numerous functions and services, with 24/7 support.
S

"A Leading IAM Solution for Managing Admin and User Accounts"
I utilize Microsoft Entra Permissions to control access for both internal employees and external guest accounts. It stands out among identity and access management tools for its straightforward handling of permissions through security and inheritance groups, and for license allocation to staff and guests as needed. Managing a high volume of user access is seamless. One constraint is that conditional access policies are capped at 195 per tenant. I rely on it for granting permissions on user accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups, and for license management via security groups.
