Overall, MeetingHand is a great tool for managing and controlling your own events. I really like it, but I was initially confused when I first started. It might be overwhelming because it's so multi-functional, or perhaps more comprehensive than needed for those running simple event projects. It's a good software, and I recommend it. Key features include: 1. Creating and managing an event budget, adding budget items, assigning users, and controlling expenses. 2. Easily customizing the information needed for sponsorship bookings. 3. Generating event information and notifying participants of updates. 4. Monitoring and checking pending tasks.

They even offer a $250 credit (covering up to 50 registrants at no cost). Multilingual support currently relies on Google Translate, which works but could be improved with a dedicated language tab system for international conferences where multiple languages are spoken. Integrating with translation management platforms would be a valuable addition. We're currently using it for an international higher education conference; initial setup took just thirty minutes, and we were almost ready to open registration within a few hours.
