"Top Choice for Event Management"
Compared to other event management software, MeetingHand offers a more affordable price. There are no commissions or hidden fees, and the support is outstanding. Whenever I need assistance, their 24/7 support team helps me kindly. The software is easy to use, allowing me to handle many tasks without researching or asking for help. They offer a wide range of features, enabling you to manage an event from start to finish using only MeetingHand. Once, I had an urgent login issue, and my support assistant Julia resolved it within minutes. I have no negative feedback. Without MeetingHand, I'd have wasted a lot of time and money. I utilize the registration, booking, payment, mobile app, event website, and abstract features when organizing my events.

"Straightforward Software for Setting Up Events"
I've been using this online software for close to a year, and it's a solid platform for registering your own business events. I particularly appreciate the ability to include accommodation and other add-on services. For instance, I'm planning an event near our company in California, and the system lets me handle hotel rooms, transfers, and tours for out-of-state or international participants. Attendees can log into their accounts, pick their preferences, and add them to their bookings. They can also easily download necessary documents like invoices and vouchers for travel services. This is a huge convenience for me as an event organizer. Additionally, I can create related events and merchandise, such as optional paid or free workshops, dinners, conference giveaways, and more. I'm able to handle transactions and bookings for these, edit event details, set capacity limits, and manage payments and refunds. For upcoming events, the system allows me to send invitations via mass mailing at no extra charge and without limits. Overall, MeetingHand is a great tool for managing and controlling your own events. I really like it, but I was initially confused when I first started. It might be overwhelming because it's so multi-functional, or perhaps more comprehensive than needed for those running simple event projects. It's a good software, and I recommend it. Key features include: 1. Creating and managing an event budget, adding budget items, assigning users, and controlling expenses. 2. Easily customizing the information needed for sponsorship bookings. 3. Generating event information and notifying participants of updates. 4. Monitoring and checking pending tasks.

"Effective Event Management Solution"
The platform is user-friendly and affordable, offering a comprehensive set of features. However, the time required for deployment and training is considerable, and the support from the team could be more responsive. It is well-suited for planning and monitoring events.

"Organizing Quarterly Business Events"
The tool is excellent for managing and coordinating online events and bookings for an online retail business. It makes creating and scheduling business events and meetings straightforward. One minor suggestion: the hand icons could be more transparent.

"Affordable and Practical Tool for Academic Events"
Meetinghand serves as a comprehensive platform for those organizing conferences. With careful preparation, you can have a full conference setup, including registration and abstract submission pages, ready in two to three hours. It simplifies capacity control, automates payments, and even handles bookings for add-ons. The software has been virtually bug-free in our experience; we haven't encountered any issues to date. One upcoming feature is a mobile app enabling QR code-based registration, which should support self-service check-in at in-person events. There's also a hybrid option that allows you to stream your conference online, fostering engagement between attendees on-site and remote participants. All this comes at a modest per-attendee fee, with per-view-hour pricing for hybrid sessions, making it both budget-friendly and scalable. They even offer a $250 credit (covering up to 50 registrants at no cost). Multilingual support currently relies on Google Translate, which works but could be improved with a dedicated language tab system for international conferences where multiple languages are spoken. Integrating with translation management platforms would be a valuable addition. We're currently using it for an international higher education conference; initial setup took just thirty minutes, and we were almost ready to open registration within a few hours. Our administrators have been impressed with how quickly we could provide a solution.
