These can be fixed in the code, but it would be nicer if they didn't happen. Line heights on paragraphs sometimes get out of whack as well. None of these issues are deal-breakers; they're all workarounds. The main drawback is the poor customer support—I've experienced rudeness and condescension on multiple occasions, and they take forever to resolve issues, if at all. As long as you don't anticipate needing major support, this software is fantastic. You can create beautifully styled, highly customizable emails exactly as you envision. I'd absolutely recommend it.
