"Fantastic software for creating emails"
Mailstyler 2 makes it a breeze to design eye-catching marketing emails with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, no coding skills required. The new version includes features like merged cells and the ability to drag in images, buttons, and text blocks—great upgrades from the original. We've never encountered major issues with the code output and used the original successfully for nearly three years before upgrading recently. There are a few quirks with the layering feature for text and images, which is new in Mailstyler 2. The software struggles with very large stock images, making the feature less useful since you have to prepare images in Photoshop. I also had issues with fonts in that same feature. There are minor glitches that you have to adapt to, like connected cells needing consistent margins to avoid automatic stretching, or table rows appearing stretched in the final HTML due to excessive height settings. These can be fixed in the code, but it would be nicer if they didn't happen. Line heights on paragraphs sometimes get out of whack as well. None of these issues are deal-breakers; they're all workarounds. The main drawback is the poor customer support—I've experienced rudeness and condescension on multiple occasions, and they take forever to resolve issues, if at all. As long as you don't anticipate needing major support, this software is fantastic. You can create beautifully styled, highly customizable emails exactly as you envision. I'd absolutely recommend it. Follow the tutorials and practice to get the hang of it. Before Mailstyler, we hand-coded all our marketing emails, which was time-consuming and only a couple of staff could do. Mailstyler 2 eliminates the need for coding, allowing multiple team members to produce even more attractive emails at a much quicker pace.
"The ideal email editor"
The drag-and-drop functionality makes it super easy to use. You can style your newsletters with the latest design trends. My only gripe is the absence of third-party addons. Give it a shot—you'll be glad you did! We needed an easy-to-learn solution for redesigning our email templates, and MailStyler fits the bill perfectly.

"User-friendly email marketing tool"
Switching from spending hours daily on HTML emails to using Mailstyler has been a huge time-saver. The software is very intuitive. However, some templates lack flexibility, resulting in inconsistencies after export. It would be great if Mailstyler had a WYSIWIG tool, allowing experienced users to tweak the code before export.

"Straightforward and effective"
The ability to customize templates with fine-tuned HTML adjustments through the wysiwyg tool is great. It also provides more flexibility than the original Mailstyler. Some templates are a bit rigid, and the final display can vary after sending. It would be nice to see ongoing improvements in template flexibility. The ability to preview how a template appears across different email clients would be useful. Mailstyler2 lets me create email templates easily, making it suitable for marketing to thousands of customers.

"More flexibility than the original Mailstyler"
This version offers many more design options compared to the first Mailstyler. The wysiwyg editor makes it easy to switch between HTML and plain text, which is very handy. At times, the appearance in Mailstyler2 differs from the exported version. It would be beneficial to have better functionality to prevent that discrepancy. It's a straightforward tool—just start experimenting. As you become more advanced, there's additional functionality to enhance your newsletters. I've used Mailstyler2 to send emails to millions of customers weekly. Adding images, links, and animations gives your marketing a polished look with minimal effort.
"Simple and intuitive to operate"
It's fairly easy to pick up, and with a bit of HTML knowledge, you can build virtually anything. The knowledge base is quite helpful when starting out. The interface is uncluttered and approachable. I appreciate the dark grey theme, and seeing the live preview while designing is a big plus. There are many learning resources, including video tutorials, which are invaluable for beginners. However, it can be tricky if you lack web coding skills. The drag-and-drop components are somewhat limited in variety, so you'll need more coding to achieve advanced results. My aim was to create responsive marketing emails, and MailStyler 2 delivered. As long as you have some familiarity with HTML and CSS, you can produce almost anything you need. Crafting simple emails is a delight.

We wholeheartedly recommend MailStyler 2 for email creation, and it works seamlessly with other email software. Users can download demo templates and test before buying. "Perfect for crafting professional email designs"
MailStyler2 is quite straightforward to use, even for individuals with minimal design background. It's simple to design an email and then export it as HTML to distribute via MailChimp or Constant Contact. For a graphic designer used to placing elements freely in InDesign, adjusting to the rigid block structure can be challenging. It does what it says well, but make sure to compare with other similar tools because there are many alternatives. MailStyler has enabled us to design emails that match our brand perfectly and are truly unique, rather than relying on generic templates.

"Effective if you're comfortable preparing images in another program for your email layouts"
There are numerous structure blocks available for tailoring emails to your needs. As someone accustomed to freeform placement in InDesign, I often find it challenging to achieve the exact look I want. This isn't a flaw specific to MailStyler; it's a common limitation when designing HTML emails. When I embed the HTML into Constant Contact for distribution, sometimes the text appears with different colors, weights, or sizes than what I originally set. I can dig into the code and fix those issues, but for someone without coding knowledge, that would certainly be a drawback. This program is ideal for those who want a budget-friendly option for a single computer. If you need access from multiple machines, this won't work well because you must install it locally, and each installation needs its own key. We've managed to produce professional, custom emails to reach our database and spark interest in properties that aren't the most attractive.

"An excellent option for crafting email layouts"
MailStyler 2 stands out from its competitors thanks to its intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop method for building attractive email templates is something I really appreciate.
Additionally, it functions seamlessly across a wide range of email platforms. The only thing I find lacking is the absence of a web-based version. The Basic plan only includes a limited image library, which feels unfair given that you're paying for the service. If you're after a stress-free way to produce newsletters, this is the tool to go for, but be aware that there's no online version. I leveraged MailStyler 2 to craft responsive email campaigns that boosted our conversion rates.
Its features are fantastic for enhancing the visual appeal of your email marketing efforts.
