Lyyti

It's very user-friendly, and I use it nearly every day or week for the events I manage and host. I also repost events internally and externally. I'd appreciate more features like notifications when someone completes a survey and the ability to fill out EVS externally. Additionally, it doesn't auto-save drafts. Data export could be improved for better Excel compatibility. The new QR code feature is a welcome addition. I'm looking forward to the new Lyyti version and its improvements.

The webpage design is straightforward to understand. Sometimes inserting pictures into an event feels a bit cumbersome, but one gets used to it. We use it to collect attendee information and sell tickets for our events.

It's an excellent platform for registrations and event organization, and attendees have commented that following event updates was very easy. I'm confident I won't use any other survey tool for event management. The only limitation I noticed was that page layout customization seemed restricted to my account. The ease of organizing and planning events is remarkable; it's intuitive for both planners and attendees.

Lyyti provides a clear tool for event communication and marketing. It's easy to communicate with registered participants, add extra information to the registration page, and use EVS feedback effectively. Event localization is also simple. Customer support is responsive and accessible. The Salesforce integration is crucial for our organization. For new staff, Lyyti's instructional videos are very helpful for getting started. Overall, the system is intuitive. I use Lyyti daily in multiple languages. One downside is that emails to participants might end up in spam depending on their email provider, so even if messages are sent correctly, they may go unnoticed. Also, in EVS, we'd like to edit the sent questions to include additional answer options, which would better suit our feedback needs. The EVS smiley face system can be misleading: the percentages don't align with intuition because people see any smiley as positive, but from our perspective, when only the basic smiley is selected (and not the 'superb' option, which few use), it appears weak since the basic smiley is neutral, not positive. We can transfer data directly to Salesforce without manual intervention, covering communication, participant info, and registrations, saving us significant time and effort.

Support is excellent, the backend is powerful and highly customizable. Crafting an attractive registration form takes substantial time, primarily because Lyyti's default look is outdated. The newer Lyyti is visually improved but lacks several key functions for input types and form logic. Ideally, the customization features from the old version would be integrated into the new one. The cost is often difficult to justify. I enjoy using Lyyti and the participant management saves me considerable time, but because design work is time-consuming, the time savings don't always balance the expense. I wish I could handle more events to better rationalize the price; as the only person in my company, I don't have the bandwidth for more. Lyyti helps me oversee participants in my and others' projects and events, and communicate in a straightforward and user-friendly manner.

One positive is the user-friendly interface and the ability to have multiple users within the same team. The main limitation is device usage: I have three devices, but I can only log in from one at a time. I'd prefer to access from at least two devices simultaneously. This tool has moved us away from traditional handwritten attendance sheets for training sessions. It also records the exact check-in time for each participant, letting me distinguish early arrivals from latecomers.

Lyyti simplifies event management, making it straightforward and transparent. It consolidates registrations, attendee details, and communications into a single platform, which facilitates successful event planning. I haven't come across any significant downsides yet. It saves time and brings a higher level of organization and clarity to event management by centralizing these key components.

It's highly versatile and intuitive to navigate. It also cuts down time spent on repetitive tasks. I have no complaints; everything functioned well, and the learning process was quick. It aids in handling routine activities. For our street football tournament, we used Lyyti to build the registration platform and manage sign-ups.

This tool is effective for inviting and corresponding with attendees. It gives a sense of security and control when managing guest lists and participant handling. There's a bit of a learning curve initially, but it becomes easy after a few steps. It's a straightforward and dependable way to manage event participants. EVS is a valuable feature for refining events and logistics.

For my initial event, a partner summit, I got excellent support from the AI helper. It connects with SuperOffice CRM, where our latest contacts reside. The best aspect is that future events will run even more smoothly. Monitoring participant status and communications saves time and provides clarity and control. I encountered a few omissions, but they provided reasonable explanations and workarounds. Since I organize recurring events, this tool will significantly reduce my time investment. It also allows me to share participant status insights with partner managers.
