"Easy way to introduce a new world for the analysis and customization of dashboards for our clients"
I like the flexibility of options it contains, the possibility of having control over the data, and the ease of creating an embedded BI solution in record time. Not very challenging integration with a great support team. Some limitations in the components, but their team is always trying to improve them.
Luzmo provides an easy platform for our customers where they can analyze their own data, and customize the analysis of that data via new version of core dashboards. In the future, new dashboards and datasets.

"Great product"
It is simple enough to use that non-technical people are easily able to be involved in the use of it. But it has a lot of options which cover basically all potential use cases that we have had. Also the ability to cache the data in the datasets using the "accelerator" feature has been very helpful, as some of our queries take a long time to load.
I would say the only downsides for us is that we are planning to have a lot of dashboards and datasets in the future, and I think the UI is not necessarily super easy to navigate once we get to that stage. It can be time consuming creating more complex dashboards and ensuring the right themes/colours are applied.
It meant we didn't have to build our own analytics platform as it's very easy to embed into our product. We have been able to focus on other things, especially saving on developers time.
"Lightweight champion"
I like that it is easy to embed into our own front-end and that it doesn't require its own infrastructure to work. In the beginning, they didn't have version control and multi-language dashboards. That was a pain, but they have that now and it works well. They have a sophisticated plugin that allows you to deliver dashboards in a SaaS model (1 to many). Even if you have distributed databases.
Our customers weren't able to visualize the data in our platform. Now with Luzmo we deliver them dashboards to visualize their data and take better decisions.

"Effortless Implementation and Visually Engaging Dashboards"
The ease of implementation and modeling stands out to me. I appreciate being able to build a dashboard with a static mock dataset, such as a CSV file, and then seamlessly switch to live connected data using the replace dataset mapping feature. Visually, I also find it more engaging than PowerBI or Tableau, which tend to be less interesting in terms of appearance.
The dashboard design is a little too flexible. Having elements lock in place or snap to grid would be a great enhancement (which I have submitted).
This tool allows us to deliver a more visually appealing analytics solution to our customers, especially within embedded or whitelabeled environments.

"Seamless Embedded Analytics, Exceptional Support"
I truly appreciate Luzmo's competitive pricing and exemplary customer service, which stood out against other vendors. The fast time-to-market for our solution is remarkable, supported by Luzmo's overall approach that feels particularly customer-oriented. The initial setup process was seamless, as Luzmo's team ensured a hassle-free experience, making us feel well-cared-for. Their embedded analytics and custom charts have transformed our SaaS product by integrating insights directly into the user experience, significantly boosting adoption and allowing users to act on data without leaving the product. This capability lets us build and iterate faster without the need for separate BI teams. Luzmo also keeps innovating at a rapid pace, and the constant development means our dashboards improve daily. Their integration with our data warehouse layers and operational databases has been beneficial, providing users with key metrics upon login, which has increased user engagement and client retention. I am particularly impressed by the pace of Luzmo's product development, consistently communicated through quarterly roadmap webinars, and enhanced by a very helpful customer success team. Luzmo has actually exceeded my expectations, and I am highly satisfied with my choice.
Can't think of anything.
Luzmo provides us with innovative embedded analytics, reducing time and resources compared to building in-house solutions. It increases client engagement through seamless integration of insights within our SaaS product, allowing fast development and iteration without needing additional BI teams.

"Luzmo has been incredibly easy to adopt, fast to implement and great support from the team."
Switching to Luzmo has been one of the best product decisions we’ve made.
What impressed us most was how quickly our team—both seasoned analysts and those new to analytics tools—picked it up. The interface feels instantly familiar, with a clean and intuitive workflow that mirrors how real analysts think and build. There was no steep learning curve or lengthy onboarding; within days, our team was building dashboards and delivering insights.
Luzmo has allowed us to get to market incredibly fast with embedded analytics. Instead of spending months building reporting from scratch, we were up and running in a fraction of the time. That speed has been a huge competitive advantage—we’re now releasing features faster and staying one step ahead of our competition.
Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that some of the deeper customization features aren't immediately obvious and take a bit of learning. That said, once you understand the logic, it becomes really intuitive—and the team is constantly improving the product.
Luzmo has removed the need for us to build a full analytics platform from scratch. It’s helped us deliver customer-facing dashboards in a fraction of the time, which means faster launches, happier clients, and more internal focus on core product development. It’s helped us stay ahead of competitors without needing a huge BI team.
"Facilitates Custom BI Applications with Effort"
I love Luzmo for its ease of whitelabeling and embedding, which is invaluable for creating B2B products tailored for our customers. The focus on these features sets it apart from other business intelligence tools, which often lean towards enterprise applications. This unique emphasis allows us to manage applications with multiple unrelated tenants efficiently, something that would be quite challenging with other tools like PowerBI. Additionally, I appreciate Luzmo's relatively clean and easy-to-use editor, which simplifies the process of creating and managing a business intelligence application that we can offer to various customer organizations. The setup process for Luzmo was very easy, enhancing our experience from the start. I'm also fond of their responsive support and product team, who are always attentive to our feedback and suggestions, particularly regarding missing chart functionalities.
I find the chart functionality to be lacking in some areas. There are specific configuration options in tables and pivot tables that are missing or inconsistent. Additionally, the ability to set alerts based on string values is something we have been hoping to see implemented.
I use Luzmo to create and manage BI applications for multiple customers with ease due to its user-friendly editor, whitelabeling, and embedding focus. It simplifies serving distinct customer organizations from one platform, offering excellent support despite some missing chart functionalities.
"User-Friendly Interface with Potential for Feature Improvements"
I love how simple Luzmo's interface is. It's particularly intuitive and easier to use for analytics newcomers compared to other solutions, making the learning curve much less steep. Luzmo is tailor-made for embedding, providing a relatively easy way to manage and control all aspects of the embedded viewing and editing experience. This allows us to efficiently deliver self-service embedded analytics to our subscribers, who can easily customize dashboards or even create them from scratch.
Luzmo's Warp feature is great for small datasets but struggles with performance and sync issues for larger datasets. The dashboard editing capabilities are not as mature compared to other platforms, as I cannot reuse visualizations on different dashboards or change the chart type after creation. Additionally, the interface sometimes experiences lag, which can disrupt workflow. Setting up the embedding and creating the initial set of dashboards took considerable time, indicating room for improvement in streamlining the setup process.
I use Luzmo for self-service embedded analytics, simplifying dashboard customization and creation for subscribers. It features an intuitive interface and seamless embedding control, enhancing user experience.
"Quick, Attractive Dashboards and Simple Embedding"
Luzmo is fast to embed and easy to keep up to date. It's powerful enough to support our data model and show insights into what our customers find most relevant, but simple enough to train our customers how to build their own custom insights using Luzmo. The dashboards created in Luzmo are beautiful and crisp, giving our insights a modern, professional feel. Additionally, we are able to bring the design cycle for new insights down significantly, rolling out a new data model and dashboard in just a few days instead of weeks.
Luzmo's ability to do complex queries is limited, especially when setting up relationships between tables/datasets. While we are able to massage our data into a format that works with Luzmo, it's not the most elegant, as we are forced to denormalize data to accommodate Luzmo's querying ability.
Luzmo allows us to get beautiful, polished dashboards in front of customers very quickly. This allows us to focus on our core business strengths, and not have to spend time building the analytics visuals. We are using these dashboards to drive product adoption, give customers visibility into usage, and craft their own custom insights, as well as drive professional services sales for the training and creation of custom insights.

"Robust Embedded BI with Outstanding Support for Large-Scale Performance"
Luzmo's embedding capabilities and modern BI features make it a strong fit for multi-tenant SaaS applications. The Luzmo IQ natural language querying is especially impressive, letting end users ask questions about their data in a conversational way. The multi-tenancy architecture with account overrides ensures secure data isolation across client environments. Databricks connectivity works seamlessly, and cross-filtering provides good interactivity.
What stands out most is their customer-first approach. When we raised performance concerns, their Product team committed to a full Databricks connector overhaul—not just a patch—addressing both JOIN and formula pushdowns. We've been kept informed throughout and will be among the first customers migrated to the new connector. This responsiveness to enterprise customer needs is exceptional.
Very little at this point. We experienced some initial performance challenges with dataset linking at large scale, but the Luzmo team responded proactively with a comprehensive solution in development (expected Q1 2026). The communication and support throughout has been excellent.
Luzmo solves the challenge of providing embedded, white-labeled analytics dashboards for our multi-tenant SaaS platform serving enterprise supply chain clients. Rather than building a custom BI solution from scratch, Luzmo provides production-ready embedded dashboards that integrate seamlessly into our application while maintaining strict data isolation between clients through account overrides.
The multi-tenancy architecture allows us to deploy the same dashboard templates across multiple enterprise customers while ensuring each client sees only their data. This significantly accelerates our time-to-market for new client onboarding and reduces development overhead.
Luzmo enables us to deliver sophisticated forecast analytics visualizations—including complex metrics like wMAPE, Bias, and FVA calculations—without requiring our data engineering team to build and maintain a full front-end visualization layer. The Databricks connectivity allows us to leverage our existing data infrastructure while providing interactive dashboards.
The Luzmo IQ natural language querying feature adds significant value by allowing non-technical users to ask questions about their forecast performance data conversationally, reducing the need for custom reports and training.
Overall, Luzmo allows our small team to deliver enterprise-grade embedded analytics to multiple Fortune 500 clients without the engineering resources required to build a proprietary BI platform. Their team has been highly responsive to our scaling needs, with a new Databricks connector in development to further improve performance.
