What I like most is how easy Loop & Tie's platform is to use. It's very smooth and user-friendly, and the interface is intuitive. Nothing to really complain about, but if I had to nitpick, the catalogs for certain price points could use more variety. It's a great gifting service, definitely recommend giving it a try! It solves our gifting needs for the event speakers we source.

Loop & Tie is an outstanding platform! The dashboard is very simple to navigate, the account team is supportive and quick to respond, and the gift options are carefully chosen. Allowing our clients to pick their own gift (or donate to a cause) is what truly sets Loop & Tie apart from any other gifting platform, and we've received nothing but positive feedback and gratitude from using it. I haven't found anything to dislike about Loop & Tie; everything functions well, and the team is very responsive when we encounter any hiccups. I genuinely haven't found anything I dislike. If you're considering Loop & Tie for gifting, do it! The team is very supportive and responsive, the dashboard is excellent for tracking metrics and thank-yous, but most importantly, your clients will appreciate it. Loop & Tie takes the uncertainty out of deciding what to send to clients. With curated collections and the option for clients to choose their gift, all while being sustainable, it has truly enhanced how we show appreciation.

I find the ability for the recipient to choose their own gift the most helpful. You just send them a link, and they can pick anything they see! No more guessing if someone will like this or that. Now they're sure to love it because they chose it! This works not just for customers, but also for birthdays, Christmas, or almost any gift-giving occasion. One thing I personally dislike (though I know many would disagree) is that items don't always change. I got a beautiful set of wooden bowls, but they've been discontinued on the site. I have friends and family who've commented on them and would love a set if they become available. DO IT! If you get the chance to use Loop & Tie, just go for it! It's easy, their customer support is excellent, and I have only positive things to say. They really solve the age-old problem of 'what do you get the person who has everything?' Gifting can be anxiety-inducing because you never know someone's taste. Loop & Tie removes that guesswork and lets you simply say 'Thank You' to your customer while showing appreciation, allowing them to choose a gift they'll love.

We love the easy-to-use platform and the admin side is also intuitive. It's great that we can give our speakers and partners the autonomy to choose their own gift, which makes them even happier because they selected it. One downside is that the non-profit friendly collections (no alcohol, no CBD, etc.) had to be specifically curated rather than being readily available. It would also be helpful to have collections tied to categories like BIPOC-owned products. As a fully remote team often sending gifts across the country, this has streamlined our operations significantly. We've cut costs on shipping, sourcing, and storage, and freed up more staff time thanks to the centralized dashboard for coordination and distribution.

The benefits of Loop & Tie are twofold. First, our staff and organization friends appreciate being able to pick something they truly want, which makes gift-giving feel personal. Second, our admins can choose and send notes for various gifting occasions. Recipients also have the option to donate their gift, and there are always relevant causes to contribute to. On the downside, if you're sending gifts to the same people within a short period, the gift selection might become repetitive. Also, customizing packaging and branded enclosures is pricey for smaller businesses and non-profits with tight budgets, though it's optional. Loop & Tie solves the challenge of gifting remote employees – just an email address is enough to start a personalized gift-giving process.

Loop & Tie is simple for senders, and the flexible gift choices, including donation options, accommodate nearly any organization. The only thing is you have to manually create a Salesforce Flow to log activities for gifts sent to contacts and leads. It saves a ton of time and streamlines how our sales team sends gifts.

I have nothing but praise for L&T. The platform is super intuitive, and their customer support is outstanding! It's incredibly useful to have real-time visibility into our swag inventory and get insights on how it's being used. Christina is always quick and helpful – whenever I reach out with a question or request, she responds right away and resolves it. It would be handy if I could easily switch between the gifting and supplier views; it currently takes me a few minutes to figure out the navigation. Loop & Tie makes sending swag and gifts to our partners incredibly easy and smooth. This platform lets us track what we're sending, to whom, and for what reason. It also simplifies our internal processes for managing swag.

Loop & Tie's platform is extremely simple for both the giver and the receiver, and that efficiency is critical when sending gifts internally or externally. I'm confident that even a C-suite recipient will have a straightforward user experience with no extra fuss, and that's a big win! It would be nice to see ongoing improvements that customize the portal to your company's branding, like adding a gift and a redemption banner (I think that's in the pipeline). Also, I'd love more options for premium wine or whiskey bottles to include as gifts, though I know alcohol shipping can be complicated. Instead of picking a gift ourselves or selecting a non-profit for donations, we rely on L&T's platform to handle the heavy lifting and let the recipient decide. That feels more personal and takes the shipping headache off our shoulders.

I tried Loop & Tie for the first time last December to send holiday presents to my coworkers, and I must say, I'm genuinely impressed for several reasons. Firstly, the gift options in Loop & Tie's collections are more distinctive and upscale than what other gifting companies offer. I searched for a new provider because I was bored with the standard options on platforms I'd used before – like movie night sets with popcorn and a bowl, luxury candle and chocolate pairs, or cute mugs with tea. Those are all nice, but they seem to pop up everywhere in my workplace, so I wanted to offer something different. The gifts my colleagues chose for themselves through Loop & Tie included: an air fryer, artisanal Moroccan glassware, a ceramic baking dish, a premium bottle of sparkling wine, a Mexican citrus press, a wine cooler, and a succulent garden – just to name a few. It was fascinating to see what each person picked, and there was truly something for everyone. Gifting via Loop & Tie felt much more personal than other options. It seemed like my coworkers could select items that held meaning for them – things they genuinely wanted. That's why I didn't want to pick a gift for them in advance; it was crucial to find a company that let recipients choose their own gift. I love that Loop & Tie lets you pick a collection at a certain price range, and then your recipients choose from that. They're not the only company doing this, but many gifting platforms don't, and it's a must-have. It also means you avoid the awkward task of gathering addresses for your recipients, which they might not want to share. Your recipient just enters their shipping address after selecting their gift. Another aspect I appreciate is the dashboard view for the gift-giver, which provides data and analytics on your gifting. It shows how many people opened the email, how many redeemed their gift, which gifts they picked, and whether they've been shipped or delivered. It also displays how many recipients have sent thank-you notes (another nice built-in feature), when automatic reminders are scheduled for those who haven't chosen yet, and your overall gifting impact. That brings me to my final and biggest praise: giving back is integral to their business model and values. Loop & Tie plants a tree for every gift given, and the dashboard shows that impact right at the top – for instance, mine currently tells me that 15 trees were planted and 232.5 lbs of carbon sequestered thanks to my colleagues' redemptions. It also says that 11% of my gifts were donated to charities, which is my favorite feature. One option in the collection I bought for my coworkers was to donate the gift value (here, $100) to a Loop & Tie partner charity like Charity Water or Mothers 2 Mothers. Several of my colleagues chose that, and it felt wonderful to offer that option. Some people aren't comfortable accepting gifts, so being able to pass it along to a cause they support is itself a gift. Honestly, I can't think of anything I'd improve about working with Loop & Tie. It was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Loop & Tie solves the problem of a lack of unique, higher-end gifts on the market, and the desire for recipients to choose their own gift from a collection instead of receiving something the giver assumes they'll like. That means people get gifts that are more meaningful to them, cutting down on waste. Additionally, Loop & Tie is leading the way in conscientious gifting by partnering with charities, supporting small businesses (including women-owned and BIPOC-owned), and making environmental sustainability and carbon regeneration a core part of their business.

I leveraged it to recognize my community's top contributors and also to send presents to interview and podcast guests, friends, and clients. This tool is incredibly versatile! I had it operational within minutes, and I appreciate that there's zero waste (most promotional items end up in the trash) and that recipients genuinely felt appreciated. No complaints so far. The dashboards offer a clear view of each gift's status, and I can easily follow up if I have an incorrect email. I used to dread asking for personal mailing addresses, but L&T eliminates that need! I skip the address collection hassle, it's eco-friendly, it fosters stronger connections, I got it running in about five minutes, and I love that it gathers thank-you messages too!
