I like how user-friendly the platform is: it's very easy to use, even for beginners. I also like that we can create unlimited different signatures. Initially, there was an issue with shared mailboxes, but now nothing particularly bothers me. The main advantage is the time saved: I can handle everything from one platform while still meeting the specific needs of employees and agencies.

The product is easy to use and signature creation is straightforward. It's a French product. Support is quite responsive. The Outlook add-in integration offers great convenience for administration, and it doesn't prevent using the outbound SMTP when the add-in isn't applicable. Regarding pricing, our ROI could be better because we don't use all features. We had some signature issues unrelated to this in the past, but haven't noticed them recently. The product has given us uniform signatures for all employees and centralized management. It also lets us add communication banners. We can easily manage multiple signatures and banners and assign them to different users or groups.

LetSign It is easy to use and enables us to create email signature campaigns to support our communications. The downsides are that I don't have control over adding or removing users (an admin does), which can make updating colleagues tricky. I feel LetSign It isn't yet ideal for creating signatures for generic addresses shared by multiple people without affecting each person's own signature.
