"Enterprise-Grade Solution for Various Newsletters"
As a web systems manager, I value ease of implementation, broad feature set, empowerment of newsletter creators, system reliability, SharePoint integration for a single source of truth, Active Directory user management integration, a simple template approach, detailed analytics, and a happy user community. The standout is the support and advice from Enovapoint, the makers. We've been with them long-term and they're the most professional company I've worked with. Nothing negative came to mind, so I had to check the admin backend! The UI could use a refresh since it hasn't changed much, but no users have complained. Use cases: staff and student newsletters, campaigns, announcements, research community engagement.

"Using JungleMail"
JungleMail is really easy to use; everything is straightforward. So far, nothing negative comes to mind—it's all good. Sending newsletters is simpler because the company's data syncs with JungleMail, so no manual recipient management is needed.

"Easy-to-Use Platform with Big Potential"
The platform is very user-friendly. But my favorite part is the metrics, which help me shape future communication strategies more effectively. The only annoyance is translating newsletters into other languages. I wish I could copy and translate via AI with one click—though I'm sure that's coming. JungleMail lets me create attractive templates for employees while measuring their interest and readership.
"Simple Yet Powerful—Great for Small Comms Teams"
It integrates easily with our SharePoint news, supports custom fonts, and is straightforward to use and personalize—our design team created and saved templates. The price is very reasonable for our needs. The account rep and customer service have been fantastic, figuring out issues on our end or with Microsoft and guiding us to fixes. We use it multiple times daily, so it must be good! There are few downsides because it meets our core needs and keeps improving with new features. We needed something easy to use that connected smoothly to our SharePoint news site, helping us save time on the weekly digest. It solved that immediately. Now we're tackling having consistent, branded templates accessible to all ten team members, reducing workload and elevating our internal emails.

"Great Tool for Audience Engagement"
As a communication specialist, I use it weekly. JungleMail is very intuitive; it takes little time to get up to speed. Customer support is quick to respond whenever there's an issue or question, which keeps things smooth. Some features could be added—but you can see JungleMail is always improving. Ctrl+Z would be handy! The reports from JungleMail genuinely help me do my job better, showing what works and what doesn't.
"Top-Notch Mailing Tool"
I've been using JungleMail for a year and really like features I haven't seen elsewhere, like dynamic content, SharePoint intranet integration, and section visibility that targets the right content to the right audiences. As a comms professional, I can help colleagues on different JungleMail 'sites' with their own templates, branding, recipient sources, groups, and approval flows. That simplifies my work. We've had issues with recipients' email addresses being blocked, first Apple users then Microsoft users, but support always resolved them quickly and thoroughly. A bigger concern is the billing: it's based on unique recipients per quarter. As a university, we have many audience types—students, staff, alumni, external partners. Alumni often receive just one email quarterly, but their numbers drive costs up. My contract colleagues say it's too expensive and want me to lower the recipient count, while my comms colleagues are expanding their reach. We exceed our plan each quarter, and I can't reconcile both demands. I hope we can continue, but I'm uncertain.

"A Reliable Solution for Internal Communication"
We use it for internal emails to our Outlook (Entra ID) distribution lists and occasionally to reach partners and resellers. JungleMail gives us multiple environments to keep these activities separate, which is very handy. The SharePoint connection is the main benefit for us. Since our intranet runs on SharePoint, we can pull content directly into the newsletter. The builder is easy to use and offers plenty of flexibility for layout and targeting. At my previous job, I used Mailchimp. For marketing, Mailchimp was solid, and JungleMail doesn't add much there. But for internal use, JungleMail offers a lot of automation that's valuable. It's pricier than Mailchimp but cheaper than other internal comms tools. It has boosted traffic to our intranet.

"User-Friendly and Extremely Valuable"
JungleMail's biggest appeal is how it lets us craft professional-looking emails and newsletters without effort. It's intuitive, making it simple to build communications from scratch or adapt them. I like that we can make our own templates, save specific parts for reuse, and keep our brand colors for consistency. The template gallery is also a great source of ideas. Putting together newsletters or any communication is straightforward. The setup and integration were very smooth, and being able to use our existing distribution lists was crucial in our decision to adopt it. Another highlight is the fantastic support, especially from Lewis. He was always quick to respond, patient, and clear in virtual meetings. We use JungleMail every day, and it's saved us a lot of time while keeping our communications polished and professional. I recommend it highly! At first, I struggled with saving drafts and distinguishing between drafts and templates, but the support team quickly clarified that. Everything else is great!

"Ideal for Sending Internal Emails to a Broad Corporate Audience"
The drag-and-drop interface is straightforward, and it works flawlessly with Microsoft Outlook. The main thing I'm missing is a calendar feature. I handle most emails through JungleMail, but since new users have joined, I'm no longer the only sender, making coordination tricky. We want to avoid bombarding the same people with several emails at once. Outlook is terrible for emails that need design. Not every email has to be fancy—a quick note to a coworker doesn't need a great design—but larger projects benefit from visual appeal. One example is our monthly internal newsletter to around 3,000 readers, which includes multiple stories and links. We couldn't do that in Outlook.
"Quick Memos and Great Templates—Huge Time Saver"
It gets the job done without requiring me to be a spreadsheet wizard. It's really smooth for producing the weekly memo, so I spend less time tinkering and more time enjoying a tea break. The template builder is fantastic; it makes me appear competent. Integration can be a bit tricky, like putting together flatpack furniture missing its Allen key. The reports are okay, but explaining them to Keith in Accounts still eats up a solid 45 minutes. There should be a 'Summarize for Keith' button. It has fixed the problem of looking unprofessional in internal emails. Before, everything was a mess that seemed like it was made with a Windows 95 screensaver. Now, the internal newsletter looks genuinely professional. Benefit? Less hassle from my boss and a slight ego boost. All good.
