"Jifflenow – The Top Choice for Meeting Management!"
I like that when filling out a meeting request, I can see multiple views of the data on one screen—calendar, room availability, etc. On the product side, I wish there were an easier way to upload my event registrants (both internal and external) in the months before an event. If there were an integration between Jifflenow and CVENT, it could handle that automatically or in bulk during that time. During the event, I dislike when requestors don't list all internal/external attendees before the meeting day, so I end up spending a lot of time adding people to existing meetings when they show up. In general, meeting management. Jifflenow removes the need for me as a meeting manager to be the middleman between account execs trying to set up meetings and the customers they're inviting. It's a fully self-service system I can provide to account execs, and they can go fill up all available meeting slots on their own.

"Takes some time to learn, but definitely worth it!"
I like that users can schedule their own meetings and make changes without always coming to me. I also like that multiple people can manage a meeting or event at once and always see real-time data. The quick add function makes it simple to add meetings on the spot. I'm not a power user yet, so it takes some time to set it up exactly as needed. I have to double-check the user types and settings, so launching a meeting isn't a one-day process. People unfamiliar with Jifflenow or not regular users say the interface isn't very intuitive initially. It's a great tool if you're manually tracking meetings, but it requires some setup. The support team is fantastic! I never wait long for help, and they're very accommodating and genuinely want to help you get the most out of the tool. Managing all meetings in one place is much easier, and the export function is extremely helpful. We can track more information and refer back to it later.

"Simplifies Meeting Management"
It streamlines meeting management by eliminating spreadsheets, printouts, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Easy to set up and manage, and it offers great flexibility to adjust settings on the fly. It decentralizes scheduling by letting sales teams book meetings directly and make changes without admin involvement. Executive-specific reports make internal reporting easier, and the Jifflenow app removes the need to share printed executive schedules. Since I started using it, I rely on it exclusively for all my event meeting management. Nothing specific—I'm generally happy with the features and ease of use. - Decentralized scheduling reduces the load on admins and lets global teams book meetings. - Completely eliminated Excel sheets, with no risk of double-booking exec time or rooms. - Easy management of executive calendars by syncing Jifflenow meetings with Outlook. - Simplified internal reporting and sharing of executive schedules, doing away with Excel and printouts.

"Clear and User-Friendly, Jifflenow is Essential for Events"
I used this for my first corporate expo, HITEC. I was nervous about being in charge of scheduling and handling many schedules for a multi-day event, but Jifflenow made it all easy. The email integration allows instant meeting request notifications and quick acceptances. Preloaded employee info and transparent calendar views streamline everything for everyone involved. Clients, prospects, and staff will be impressed by how simple and effective this tool is! The conference was a while back, but I remember needing permission to add certain people or having to ask admins to help finalize a meeting. The fewer people needed, the better. Jifflenow is a must-have for corporate events. More time with customers and prospects, a more organized appearance for your company, and it's so easy to use! We could schedule meetings from all angles without extra coordination because everyone could see what was available. This definitely allowed us to spend more time with customers and prospects and look more professional.

"A great way to handle client meetings with many team members"
I really like how quickly I can see others' availability when adding meetings, and the accept tools are very well done for tracking who will attend a specific meeting. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like meetings aren't confirmed until all required attendees accept, which has caused a few issues. We use this heavily for conferences with multiple internal and external clients and team members we need to coordinate. It's perfect for that.

"Why didn't I find this sooner for planning meetings?"
The overall capability to manage meeting spaces, executive and attendee schedules, along with instant updates, has been a huge game changer for me. The system is simple to use for both requesters and meeting coordinators. I like that communications are built-in, so I don't have to remember to send calendar invites separately. The dashboard provides essential real-time details during planning sessions. I wish I had found Jifflenow much earlier! The reporting could be more visually appealing though. It's nice to be able to generate reports with different details, but I spend a lot of time cleaning them up. I'm glad it exists, but it could look more professional. This system has cut down the time I used to spend manually tracking meetings that change often. I can quickly see meeting requests, understand our space usage, and get a good picture of which executives are overloaded. Carlton Cummings has been an amazing customer success manager! I'm thankful for his patience and all the training to get me up to speed.

"Jifflenow is the perfect tool for booking meetings"
I appreciate how easy it is to add attendees and check the availability of rooms and people when scheduling many meetings during a busy conference like NAB, where we have dozens of meetings each day, all needing subject matter experts present. The meeting summary PDF report that can be printed later is very useful for staying organized. I'd like Jifflenow to include a feature that asks members who have blocked too many 'tentative' slots early on—both people and rooms—to confirm if a slot is finalized or if they could shift to accommodate a more important meeting. It's one of the best tools for managing meetings at large conferences. I attend big events like NAB, IBC, and CES, which have many back-to-back meetings in a single day. Jifflenow makes it incredibly easy to see expert and room availability, as well as my own schedule at a glance.

"Simple Platform for Easy Scheduling"
Jifflenow is fantastic because it allows me to easily book meeting times during busy events. Coordinating at such events is tough, but with Jiffle, I can assign everyone quickly and they're always in the loop about our schedule. This has cut down a lot of time I used to spend scheduling for others, letting me arrange even more meetings. That helps my team have more direct conversations with potential clients at events when they're excited about our product and want to know more. Jiffle has transformed meeting scheduling in every way. The only thing is the time selection tool can be a bit tricky. I like the click-and-drag feature to pick a time, but it can be annoying to hit the exact spot. If you need to schedule at busy events like trade shows or conferences with internal colleagues or clients, Jifflenow is definitely the right choice. It has made scheduling much simpler and freed up time for me to focus on things that help close deals. As I mentioned, it turns chaotic, difficult-to-organize events into manageable scheduling. Some of these meetings are crucial in the sales cycle, and I believe Jifflenow plays a key role in helping us secure deals at events like Knowledge.

"Great Tool for Simple Event Scheduling"
This is an excellent solution for arranging individual meetings with clients during big events. It works much like Outlook, letting you reserve time with customers based on their open slots. It's very user-friendly and doesn't take long to get the hang of. Plus, it offers many event management options and capabilities. From what I can tell, there's nothing bad to say. It does what it's supposed to do. This tool helps both organizers and attendees set up one-on-one meetings at events, and it's fantastic for generating leads.

"Simple Meeting Booking but Costs a Lot"
I used Jifflenow to arrange one-on-one sessions between participants and our specialists at our main event. I found it very straightforward to use. The way it works with the Cvent app is something I really appreciate. However, the cost is a bit steep for me and could use some adjustment. I managed to schedule individual meetings for our event and sync them with the Cvent app.
